Metallica have even said themselves that 1.6 million is ridiculous, and that the number seemed to go up every year. Was just over 600k at Monsters in Moscow.
Michael jakson had the biggest fanbase.but concert attending was low..because his concert tickets expensive than any other normal concerts.but he did greatest performances for justice to that expensive tickets buyers...
@@the2kcreatorking527 true.i mean some concerts.i mean poor countries.they haven't enough money to buy ticket..but i heard michael gave free tickets for some people..he is the best. Rip👑king👑

When you see #1’s crowd you might think a god is summoning, maybe Aliens are landing, or it’s the last habitable piece of land on earth. But no, it’s for Rod Stewart💀
Who on earth would want to be around that many people??? Think of trying to find your car afterwards and then sit in a parking lot for 9 hours trying to get out. * head explodes *
Often there are speakers called "Delays" which are more in the back to support the PA (Main speakers). But if not it's just the feeling, espacially on Festivals like Woodstock
It rather was a big ass end-year event, with tons of artists and a gigantic fireworks display as closing. It would've been massive regardless of Rod Stewart, his gig was just a plus.
1991 was such a good year for concerts. Queen live at Wembley Stadium, Pantera live in Russia etc etc…. INXS…. Loads of good bands played live that year
Was at the 1983 US Festival, day 3, to see the return of David Bowie after five years of not touring. HUMONGOUS crowd! And so Hot!! The line-up that day was as follows - Los Lobos Little Steven & The Disciples of Soul Quarterflash Berlin Missing Persons U2 The Pretenders Joe Walsh Stevie Nicks David Bowie. This was the fourth time I saw David Bowie out of the nineteen time I saw him total from 1974 to 2004. I didn't actually see Los Lobos this day as they played on a side stage.
Number 3, the image used is not from the actual Monsters of Rock 1991 concert. That image is in a stadium meanwhile MoR took place in an airport field.
Trust me, it's the GREATEST feeling in the world I have been to more than 50 concerts with more than 50.000 people at each of them I enjoyed every show
SARStock should have gotten an honorable mention in 2003. (Note:nobody got sick there from SARS during or after that show in a reported epicenter on the hottest most humid day of the year)...hint hint.
Numbers don't matter in the long run-nothing will ever top Woodstock, 3 Days of Peace and Music-sheer number of great performances unequaled, thrown together in a short time despite many problems (Max Yasgur saved the day)-everybody who was there considers it a seminal event in their life-I was there (2nd day was my birthday)-it will never be forgotten-it was the first super sized event and will never be paralleled even if later concerts had bigger crowds-it was also in 1969 and was for those 3 unforgettable days the 2nd largest city in New York state
If free concert More than billion people can watching.. If in stadium or arena or another place but still pay with it.. I guess not thousand's people can effort cuz definitely the ticket so Expensive..
Jean Michel Jarre in Moskwa 3.5 Million, Paris La Defence 2.5 Million, Houston 1.5 Million, Lyon 800000, Paris Champ de Mars 800000, and his Live Streaming Concert Dez.31 2020 has 75 Million
and then we having this special event , planning stages still not finished .....and by far the most people ever ..... 890,000,000 people ..... they all came to see and hear Jesus ...
My friend and I rode a Honda Shadow from Southern Idaho to the US Festival in 1983. Was excruciating but, the event made up for the pain and discomfort. I took a bus back though. Went for Metal day but, the majority of it was pretty cool. Hotter than hell and a shitload of ultra hot chicks. 🤘🤘🤘
I went too see Metallica in Quebec City in 2011, it was an outdoor show so those of us who couldn’t get into the concert site gathered around it. If you included us, I’d like to know how many people were there. Given the city only has a population of 800 000, probably nowhere near 1 000 000 but I’d still like to know.
According to a Radio-Canada article, "More than 110,000 people attended Metallica's show on the Plains of Abraham on Saturday evening, as part of the Festival d'été de Québec". According to the Journal de Québec, "In front of the biggest crowd in the history of the Summer Festival, Metallica fulfilled the expectations of its 115,000 fans packed on the Plains of Abraham on Saturday evening".
@@gymguy25 I only looked for this information out of curiosity. Sorry for not being able to answer you officially on this. But it wouldn't be surprising if there were more people than official figures show. I remember Pink Floyd's first show at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal in 1977, the official figures were 78,322 spectators, but according to some stadium gatekeepers, the number of spectators was well over 80,000 or even nearly 85,000 people.
@@thepragmatic6383 I know the site was full because I tried to get in but couldn't, so I went up the Citadelle on its highest point so I could watch the concert from there, many others were with me and I saw plenty of people in the distance around the concert site. I was wondering if the 110 000 or 115 000 included us or not.
Yeah they shaded this one with ac/dc pantera, horse shit! That was Metallica’s concert, the rest was just a sound check. Never heard of #2 or so called #1. You’re not going to out do the russian’s. It is #1🎤👇🏼
Christ : corporatellica apologist gather everywhere after 1990 to spit shine the knobs of the cowardly lion & Lars …… so over blown - when everything worth a shit was done before 1989
It is hard to imagine that number at Rod Stewart’s Concert at the beach.(It can be beaten).Probably China would be the best place. It has the greatest population in the World.I could see at least 3 million people at a concert . ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️.
