One of my favorite parts about being a RU-vidr is when people like Cosmodore, Onision, and CreepShow Art do absolutely reprehensible things, people start making memes about the situations like "RU-vidr try not to groom children challenge," further tarnishing the reputation of basically everyone in the community on top of the website itself, all whilst RU-vid itself does absolutely nothing, and when they do, 99% of the time it's faaaarrrrr too late. I understand that RU-vid can't respond to *EVERY* situation in a timely manner, but when they, for example, let the Onision situation simmer for literally **a year** before they did anything and continue to let Cosmodore have the ability to upload videos, all the while people like Leafy and Mumkey Jones get banned almost out of the blue and overnight, let's just say it makes you "wonder a few things" about RU-vid's responsibility as a platform. Also, I'm not against memes and/or edgy humor by any means, and I understand a lot of memes like the ones I mentioned earlier are usually to spread awareness or bring some light to a bad situastion, but what I'm saying is that you'd think that RU-vid would finally enforce their dumbass policies properly when people start making memes **stereotyping the entire platform** as a mass group of pedos.
What really upsets me is that RU-vid forces anyone to be kid friendly or they get deleted but they didn't even do anything with Onision for the longest time and yet they enforce their policies on smaller channels for much less.

I one hundred percent agree. There were times I didn’t have cable I didn’t have Internet We struggled to keep the lights on while I was working and my mother was on disability. Sometimes my mother would take my stuff and pawn it for rent and somehow she always got it back. I’ve been kicked out of houses because my mother relapsed and would’ve lived in my car if not for the grace of a kind lady stranger I met the same day that I lost everything because a roommate of the guy who got me pregnant hated me and told me to get out even though I had nowhere to go. My sister was homeless on the streets of Clearwater and Daytona Beach for over a year because the guy she dated wanted her to rely on him for everything. She had a place to stay but my grandma who I lived with at the time with my kids wouldn’t let my sisters boyfriend in the house because he was garbage. Eventually she folded and they came to stay with us and that month was a nightmare. Having those things happen in your life creates trauma and for me at least almost near constant anxiety that I have to fight back. To lie about devastating situations like this for what, cool points? It’s sad.

He was great for my stress and when I felt a loss in the family badly. Like how he would just let me hold him with my face in his fur for awhile when I'm stressed or how he stayed with me all throughout the night when my bio father passed away suddenly. He nudged me with his nose when I collapsed after hearing the news and just stayed there when I had a hard time falling asleep. Just put my hand on his fur and...boom! I was out. I used to watch Cosmodore and Creepshow’s videos as background noise while sewing plushies or drawing. I haven’t been on RU-vid for a while though because I was catching up on cartoons while sewing instead, so I didn’t know about any of this stuff. I now feel absolutely sick that I watched their videos and they got paid some money by ad revenue from my viewership.
Sometimes I would watch Creepshow art while drawing but her overly aggressive nature made me uncomfortable and I would find another video I’m glad I stopped early. I feel like her bitchy personality was a key clue for the madness she’s done

I never get people like that. There's many places where 16 or 17 is the legal age of consent so just waiting a year or two to date someone is the difference between scandal and potential jail time vs being a little bit creepy. Even if you've got some fetish for younger women there isnt much physically different between a 15 year old and a 17 year old most of the time, and if there was some real love between them than a year or two of waiting is nothing. What always has me kind of worried is most of the time when someone gets involved in underage minors it never becomes public knowledge, 9/10 times even if they get caught it gets buried, but with all these online celebrities that keep getting caught dating, molesting, or soliciting fans that are underage it makes you wonder how many of them never get caught. Channel Awesome has the saddest story in my opinion. That channel influenced a lot of reviewers to come after it, so to hear they are mistreating their employees is sad.
There were also SO MANY great creators on the channel and it could have worked as a great workshop for different creators to all work together and help one another, and being united in a single group would also help reviewers in fighting with RU-vid over things like BS copyright claims as well since RU-vid listens more to big channels.

However, he's not even playing games or watching movies, he just nitpick whatever topic he chooses and whines everything and makes misinformation out of spite to SJWs and the people whom he don't like, like Brie Larson, Kathleen Kennedy, or sometimes Darkviperau (the GTA RU-vidr known for his "No-hit run" mod challenge). Since That Creepy Reading covered Mundane Matt in the previous video and mentioned the anti-SJWs, I think Jeremy did far worse than Matt false flagging other videos.

I used to look up to predator hunters, but after realizing that a lot of them are bad people who care more about clout, no matter who gets hurt (and actually does more harm than good by ruining any chance for predators to be held accountable and face justice for their actions), I've lost all respect for them, and can't bring myself to trust them. It's one thing to raise awareness of predators, but ruining any chance of predators being forced to take responsibility for their actions, and even ruining the lives of those they falsely accuse is an abhorrent thing to do, too.

Hey I've listened to a few of your warning videos as I call them. I'm someone who doesn't sense danger. So videos like these educate me on who to avoid on the internet as well as recognize some red flags. You are a somewhat preventive hero to me. So don't sell yourself short on it. You're doing a good thing for people that don't sense danger in people. It's caused me heaps of trouble in the past. And now I'm finally sort of understanding who to look out for.

For your next volume, you should cover "Dahvie Vanity." It's technically cheating, since he's a musician, but he's had a RU-vid channel for his music for a decade now, so I think it counts. There is so much cover about this guy, to how he treated his coworkers, prevented his other band member, Jayy Von Monroe, from getting proper treatment for his HIV, how many of his songs are immature and pander to the young scene crowd (and many of his songs are rather vulgar in tone), and the many, _many_ girls who have come out explaining how they've been molested by this horrible man; the posts are so graphic in detail, I can't say here, but it's very concerning that this guy hasn't already been arrested. If there's anyone who can do justice on this topic, it's you guys.

I'm so glad to know that people actually do take Channel Awesome's controversies seriously, and not just view it as some hate campaign of cancel culture. It's so painful to see them sweep everything under the rug as if nothing ever happened.

I remember Dominic Noble (who was temporarily a Channel Awesome creator), stated that Linkara was the only major Channel Awesome creators who would personally reach out and welcome all the new additions. When Dom asked Linkara to collab with him for the second half of the Lost in Adaptation on Watchmen, he not only willing agreed despite Dom's audience being very small at the time, but revealed he actually watched Dom's content well before this request in order to familiarize himself with all the new contributors and their work. Now that's dedication.

I actually didn't know Channel Awesome was a bad channel. I saw some of the movie reviews and I enjoyed them. It kinda sucks when you enjoy something and it turns out to be a lot more deeper than the entertainment you see.
I also want to talk about how ridiculous animal abusers are. Idk how people can do that type of stuff without feeling any source of guilt. I find these people absolutely sick and there is no excuse for abuse. Farmers that use cows meat and stuff like that is ok because it is for survival. But doing the same thing except torturing the animal just because you can is not acceptable.
Chris Hansen is so bad. He is a corrupt justice, liar, he cannot take a criticisms, fraud, and losing credibility. Oh yes in South Park episode where they made fun of Chris Hansen by making predators look like Jonestown.
At one point "Channel Awesome" tried to get me to act in a special. I said no because of what was then 2020. They harassed me, my employees, my friends, and even my sister. Needless to say, I went to court, and they gave me $800 not to. I did not go to court, but I wish I did.

I am not a victim of Cosmodore himself, but I was still sad and devastated when I first found out he was a child groomer (which was really late in the game btw.) His "Oh Yeah, That Was a Thing," series was really great by not only reminding us of movies from our childhood, but he brought movies from dormancy to show others who may not have heard or scoffed at these movies and by watching his videos, they might check them out. His other videos were also really great with great quality, honest opinions, and really great analysis on how movies like the Kung Fu Panda Trilogy, Rango, How to Train Your Dragon Series, and even Corpse Bride are masterpieces. Not to mention, he was around my age (he is still a year older) and he was making these really great videos which got me optimistically thinking that if I were to put hard work into my videos, they I can also make really great videos that anyone would love. So yeah, I was almost inspired by him. I was even sympathetic to him when he needed to take time off from doing the thing he loves to face his own demons that are bothering him which is something anyone especially me (who is not ab optimistic person) can relate to since we would do the same thing if we are feeling depressed. . The whole thing came crashing down to a halt when I first found out he was a child groomer when I watched the video by Daftpina. Needless to say, I was devastated and I couldn't believe that this guy who made great videos was a groomer. It also does not help that he kept lying to his own audiences about "promising" that was going to change for the better only for him to turn his back on them multiple times. Thankfully, people are smart enough to catch up with his lies and unsubscribed from him. If he even had a redemption arc, it is clear now that he does not have it anymore (again if he even had one in the first place.) My support for him gradually lowered and lowered then it eventually came to the point that I just want him to stop and just leave the internet for good. Cosmodore needs to realize that his career is over, he is not going to get anymore support from the internet, he needs to leave the internet for grooming those poor kids, and he needs to feel actual regret (not a shrub he calls regret) for what he has done to his audiences and himself! So yeah, Cosmodore definitely needs to take the 'L", stop what he is doing, and leave the internet for good. We don't need any more terrible people on this site.
Yeah. I did the same thing as you did when I first watched his content but now, I decided to unsubscribe from him after I've found out the truth (while I watch THIS video) and it really hurts me that his content isn't the same anymore. Hopefully, he needs to get off real quick before it's too late. Now, I become so paranoid about the whole RU-vid drama thing. Can you imagine that your favorite icons reveal his/her true color is the worst thing that could happen to you? Also, not to mention that Cosmodore also had contacted with the creator of Kick Buttowski (according to the community post and the video) and the creator gave him some merch. I can't imagine what the creator of the most underrated cartoon feels when he finds out about the entire incident.
I’ve heard the stories of Creepshow Art being a tormentor, and she scares me. She’s a maniacal and horrendous psychopath. The stories I’ve heard about her makes me wonder how someone like her could get popular in the first place. I feel bad for the victims, especially Emily.

I feel disgusted by myself for ever watching Cosmodore's stuff and even interacting with him on occasion... this guy is a monster and should go to prison... i'm german myself and after i heard what he did ( that was when i already stopped watching his videos for a couple of months) i kinda wanted to pay him a visit with my baseball bat...
I haven't finished the video yet but i have to say thank you and your team for not going too graphic about the animal abuse. Specially i thank the commentary of your co-writer and editor about the fate of the kittens that luckily were rescued. Even if all was highly upsetting that gave me some kind of comfort. Many videos are done about abuse but we never know what came about at least some of those poor animals. Thank you again for caring. You and your team are great.
I’m actually surprised that you didn’t put Mini Ladd (aka Craig) on this list because of the things he’s done with his fan base and what he did to his friend ThegamingTerorizer. Love listening to these videos during a gaming session and rewatching them too. Keep up the great work Creepy and others that worked on the videos.
I'm honestly disappointed that SML wasn't on this list since he would've made this list complete in my opinion. From creating one of the most toxic characters (that being Jeffy) and fandoms to date, scamming people on his Patreon, making fun of people criticizing his work, lying to his fans about getting rid of Jeffy, having people like Lovell harassing people who quote, "Don't like SML enough" without doing a damn thing about it, those GODDAMN HUMAN PUPPETS, to almost costing a former crew member (Zeke) his job during the production of the SuperMarioLogan Movie, the list could go on and on. Honestly, with everything that had happened over the course of 5 years and despite countless people from Dabhdude, to Mafdominus, to GameCubeDude telling him to get his shit together, he refused to listen and now that he got a cease and desist from Nintendo, he's getting his just desserts and I along with many ex fans have zero fucks left to give and had moved on, leaving SML to have a slow and painful death.
Cosmodore has every reason to be on this list based on the shit that he’s done, which is exactly why I pulled my support from him over a year and a half ago. Also, I’m surprised that Butch Hartman didn’t make the list.
Someone who hasn't gone too far but still worth mentioning is Claire Bear. She's a trans women who supports misandry subtlety. She makes videos saying men should spend all their money on women, simps are way more respectful men and just with the gold digger mindset.
@@drjekyllmshyde That about sums it up. At first I really liked the guy but it really became an issue of him doing the right thing for the wrong reason. Learning how they only started working with the police to lock up predators after getting complaints that they weren't doing so beforehand really showed what Hansens true colors were. That's just showed to me it was about the money and fame and not wanting to protect children.
After fighting with Hansen for 18 months, a guy I used to be the biggest fan of, I think his problem is that he likes to ruin/shit on others and that this gives him a high. I run the largest tcap forum site and one of the largest tcap fan channels, but all he ever did was send fake reports on me and others to youtube and twitter. It was hard to believe until he released gloating videoes about it. He also seems to think any fan has to be a basement dweller with bad hygiene, rather than the mid 30s working professional that seems to be the archetype. His first youtube channel was finally terminated after we got a lawyer on the case and YT got tired of his bs. Have a seat is Hansens second attempt at youtube.
@@Gatorade69 he kept downloading stuff from my channel and uploaded it on his channel. As stated in this video, he even ripped off a 300 word text I wrote and passed it off as his own. I wrote many times to Hansen and his henchmen to stop this, or -at least- credit me. Much was just nbc videoes, but some content was 100% original and produced by me. So I reported him to YT for copyright theft, and he went ballistic and called a friend at youtube and got black magic powers for a few weeks untill youtube got a letter from my lawyer, forcing them to reopen my channel. Hansen thought he was dealing with retards on the internet and that he could steal whatever he wanted and repost it on his monetized channel. I have spent thousands of hours on predator awareness and lots of money, and never monetized my channel. It became clear he planned to repost all the police interviews we got hold off through hard work and then shut down our channels and benefit from youtube ads. (Though yt revenue collapsed a few years ago as I understand it).
You should do Kero the Wolf next! Dude got outed as a zoosadist (don't google it if you don't know), got arrested, got off due to a BS legal system, and is now back on youtube crying cancel culture. Its a wild rabbit hole, and its not for the faint of heart to know about what he did.

My groomer/abuser was my Stepfather, and he told me he wanted to "teach me" too. He told me it was a "normal" thing for Daddies to do with their little girls, and eventually I cut myself off from him and landed him in prison. I remember when I first found out about Creepyshowart and cosmodore, I was happy to have found their channels, and man...it felt like a tremendous backstab, a very painful jab on my damn spine, when I heard about what each of them had done. I looked up to those two and then boom, they were terrible
I'll be honest. I enjoyed Creepshow's content quite a bit before all this came out. I'm glad you covered her secretive reign of terror. She did so many horrible things and as many people as possible need to know that. Thank you for using your own platform when you know it could cause risk to yourself
I will say that Logan Paul himself is getting better. He spoke out against his brother and shamed him for being apart of Riots in BLM. He also is using his platform for good messages and is doing much better. Hopefully he changes all of his behaviors and stops his bullshit though..
