I started with 20 press-ups and weights totaling about 120 reps for the night. I then increased each exercise by 5 for each subsequent night. By the end of the month I was doing 140 press-ups and a total of over 1000 various reps. Exercising was taking quite some time each night, and just after the first month I burnt out. I had no idea about regulating food intake to match the quantity of exercising. My intake stayed the same the whole month and my body was looking for nutrients to support my routine but it had now reached the stage when there was none. Burning out was a shock to myself as for the next 2 weeks I felt completely and utterly weak, battling to do the simplest things. I walked around with my head down, absolutely exhausted. Make sure you never arrive at this state as it will seriously dent all plans and activity for at least 2 weeks. Also stay away from tablets as they may contain substances that may create future problems. Natural is best. Unprocessed fruit and veg. Anyway it's nice to see that you are fit and happy, and muscles look good. I'm twice your size so my arms are quite beefy and it is so much better than having jelly-like, skinny arms. ;)

Do not care what title thr job has, try to find out what kind of tasks you will need to do in that job and if you like the tasks then study that.

I was in a similar dilemma two years back. You should probably consider something that takes less time to do or something you can outsource most part of. Investing in stocks, ETF's or even Real Estates if you have the money like she mentioned are also viable options. I thought the same after watching - I'm a web developer and have done affiliate marketing programming useful websites (comparing products) without having a community - just SEO that days. I think Social Media is useful to gain traffic but if you are not creating useful content regularly it does not work. In my case as a developer I go for programming useful websites and doing affiliate marketing and maybe a freemium setup where you can use the website for free but if you want to have additional features you have to pay monthly (pro plan). My challenge is to promote these websites. Maybe ads will do it. I am just starting this kind of thing again after years of freelancing (being paid for my coding time/skills).

I'm an AI PhD student, worked with some of the most renowned AI professors in the world, sometimes spent months and moths at a time doing nothing but work on hardcore ML research the moment I got out of bed to the point of going to sleep again. apart form that I do all sorts of self improvement stuff every single day like learning Japanese, improving my artwork and drawing skills, learning instruments, exercise, practicing for future coding interviews I'll have in a few years if I decide to work at FAANG company, etc. And that is precisely why I know even if you put in tons and tons of work and you can make products that are way better than the vast amount of stuff out there because you really are an expert working on cutting edge - it gets you nowhere unless you are also super lucky to get market traction

I also think most people find the most financial freedom by starting a business, which could be providing a service that results in a product that pays royalties. Other investment options could be things like real estate or items you can rent out. Being a landlord is considered passive income and the world needs more good landlords. Most passive income situations require a fair amount of initial investment of time, energy, and resources.
