Brilliant video as always. Thanks so much! How do you get such a vibrant hot pink colour? Which brand/gel colour do you use? I have tried a few different ones but can't seem to the icing bright/deep enough. Thanks
I use Chefmaster, Americolor and Wilton. You need to use quite a lot for really bright colours and the shade gets darker with time, so if you mix it and then cover the bowl for about an hour it will give the colour a chance to develop
