Same thing happened to me in march and the last time I consistently played was from late 2018 to early 2019 and the game has changed a lot (mostly for the better though)
Just wanna mention that you can get a shadow metang from a grunt. If you get a psychic grunt (“are you afraid of psychics that use unseen power?”) there’s a chance the second Pokémon the grunt uses will be a metang, and a low chance that the shadow you have a chance of catching after beating the grunt would be the metang.
I got a shadow larvitar but then I purified because back then I though purifying was good, but I found out shadows are better after I evolved it into tyranitar. Same story with shadow swinub
2:19 another thing I would like to add up to Rayquaza is that his mega form is the MOST Powerful Mega-pokemon and pokemon for the pokemon games in terms of stats until sword and shield as Eternatus was more powerful, thus knocking Mega-Rayquaza down.... So currently, Eternatus is the most powerful pokemon for the games. However, since Gen 8 hasnt been fully rolled out in pokemon go, its safe to assume when Rayquaza's mega form comes, its the most powerful pokemon.
Loved the video! Could you make a video about non-rare pokemon that are a must to catch (at least for beginners)? Meaning common pokemon that can be strong and useful (maybe like aaron, rhydon, melmetal etc)
I've been waiting for Rayquaza for so long. I've got over 100 raid passes stocked up (Im FTP), just waiting for him to come back. I want that shundo so bad... I love it.
I hope you read this mystic but thank you for all the amazing content I’ve watched you since you started playing with gilly and youve always made me laugh in your videos it means a lot and when times were low i always watched your videos so thank you and i hope i can meet you some day from Massachusetts
Tyranitar is my all time favorite pokemon. And I got lucky when I moved to NYC for a bit and was able to catch so many larvitar including 4 shadows. So now I have the full shadow line. I also have 4 rayrays. Two shiny two non :)
during the pokemon presents on the 3rd of this month, it was revealed that the Ultra Beasts from the different Go Fests are going to be obtainable in the finale event on august 27th.
I’m surprised I got Zarude. Apparently when the challenge came out I got it but never completed it. Then like a month ago I completed it and it happened to be a 3 star Zarude
Watched this video for the first time on September 5th then the very next rocket balloon I get the very chance to catch a shadow larvitar. So if mystic can predict my future catches I will gladly take a Rayquaza lol
I got the shadow shiny Beldum but as I was a noob and only ten I wanted to improve it's already garbage iv's and make it seem "cool." I regret it now! lol!
Oh no way, i got a 4* litwick in 2018 and almost transferred him before figuring out what the star rating even meant (i know now) never knew his evos were good in pogo tho, good to know!
Fun fact: In the main series Pokémon games, the best Pokémon you can get is mega rayquaza (which sadly is only available in oras, and I think maybe xy, sm and maybe usum) because one: it’s really fricken powerful, and two, it doesn’t need to be holding a mega stone to mega evolve because in the games to mega evolve every Pokémon that can they have to be holding their specified mega stone (they usually end with “ite” like, venusaurite) so you can mega evolve rayquaza with an extra item to help it in battle, plus the ability air lock is pretty op too
The rayquaza section aged like wine. Was able to get my ray today, and as my favorite legendary, i love it and im so happy i was able to get my hands on it
Btw as of now you can actually get litwick from gbl encounters, and I think they are quite common. But of course, if you don’t play gbl then yes these are way more rare.
I got a shadow Mewtwo a few months ago through the Giovanni quest thing. I'm fairly new but thought I'd add that. Also, does that mean I messed up by purifying it? Damn.
I use what the Grunts say to best stack my team against theirs to. it comes in useful and after doing research on the team rocket leaders they have a specific type which helps gauge what you should use
for the team rocket grunts saying lets rock and roll, is it always fixed loot or just random pool? noticed they don't have any pokemon of Larvitar or so =\
I got 2 Shiny Rayquazas during the last raid, It was the less than 24 hr event and I was at Disneyland. Hundreds of gyms all had Rayquaza and I got 2/3 shinies!
You should react to your predictions for community days this year after this year. Then do it again next year. I just thought about that when you was talking about litwic in this video.
I finally have caught myself a pansage today and it’s 80% IV after I have completed the Pokémon Go fest Sapporo- living meadow Habitat collection! My pansage CP is at 392!
I love chandelure. I know a good weakness for it tho. Crustle. It needs to know a rock type fast attacks that charges fast, and then it should know sum like rock blast.
Oh my god. 0:27 I had a 98% shadow larvitar and if I remeber correctly I pursued it because there were no events at the time where I could forget frustration
i have a crap ton of shadow larvitar i diddnt know they are this good pls suggest should i keep all or should i transffer for candies and evolve on shadow larvita with most iv ?
8:21 I don't know anything about Pokémon Go but I play it for something to do on campus and I caught a Zarude (not knowing it was rare) on 8/15/22. Luckily it was a 3 star so I kept it
I am trying to find out I’m which is better: the right Pokémon with the wrong IVs or the wrong Pokémon with the right IVs. For example, shadow tyranitar is a beast but is the nundo version better than a Hundo purified? I am trying to figure out how many of each of these to keep. If even a 0* is better than a 4* regular then we keep all of them? 6? Thanks for your help.
