Hey guys! How strong is your concentration power? If the problem isn't the mold, try these exercises ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mHdy1xS59xA.html
When you cough up phlegm in a Kleenex, put the kleenex in a plastic Ziploc bag, put the bag in a dark place for 72 hours. If the phlegm is black or green, your house is infested with mold. Put out an empty orange juice bottle, don't rinse it clean, if mold grows in it within 72 hours, there's a lot of mold in your house. It's almost the same as one of those mold test kits you buy at the store. Check for water damage or dampness in your basement and attic. Ear infections, fungus toenail are signs of mold. So is fatigue and anxiety.
@@lw6083 PLEASE find a new doctor!!! He or she evidently don't care!!! I'm most likely going to be affected by the mold for the rest of my life! But once I had it removed my dogs eyes cleared up and he stopped having all this goop build up within a week of having the mold removed. My migraines went from weekly to monthly. And I feel alot better. I also bought a dehumidifier because the mold guy recommended it, because without moisture mold can't thrive. That without a doubt has helped because sometimes i removed several gallons of moisture within a 24 hour period. I also have a digital humidity gage which helps me keep the humidity at around 40. Please find another doctor, yours clearly only cares if it benefits him or her in some way. Mold is no joke!
@@edwardthayer9386 I'm sorry that happened to you😔Do you know what species of mold it was? I did just today put a dehumidifier downstairs. And yes I agree I will be looking around for another doctor!
Most doctors aren’t going to diagnose that you might be allergic to mold because many people believe mold isn’t something that can cause issues or even grow in your house. This is always annoying.
Maybe not most doctors (primary care physicians won’t) but allergists will by doing a simple skin test. My son was diagnosed with several allergies (mold was one) & he was around 8. You usually have to be referred to see allergists however.
Super annoying! You are right! I’ve been dealing with stuff since 2008 and not realizing that it was mold. I’m waking up to it now I’m trying to get rid of as much as I can
we do have toxic mold in my house and my dad refuses to do anything about it. he’s the reason we’re living in forced poverty, i can’t wait to just get up and out of my house when i graduate.
Given Warner you can actually separate yourself from your parents through the process of emancipation. If you give liable and reasonable evidence that you and your environment aren’t safe, they can emancipate you from your home and put you in foster care or something like that.
Ann Chelsea and he doesn’t support me on this channel either and never wants to be in my videos like i try to have a good relationship with him but he’s the one pushing me away.
Also keep an eye on your pets. If they start coming down with health problems. One of my friends, dog and cats started showing symptoms of depression, respitory and nausea and dizziness. Their vet asked them about whether they're indoor and/or outdoor. The animals prefer outdoors ( even in winter). The vet stated that they need to check the house completely. Sure enough mold
I lived in a home infested with black mold while living in poverty for 7 years. It almost killed me and my entire family. Luckily we finally got out and we’ve been living in a nice, mold-free house for 2 years. I developed PTSD some time after moving out of that house and began having nightmares of having to move back into it. I also panic extremely badly if I see a small amount of mold on the wall.
I had an apartment in chicago & I swear it was behind the walls. No amount of bleach could stop it. I swear I was traumatized after living there a year too.
I lived in a house that had black mold in a closet and I opened the door one day to look at it because I didn’t believe my family and some of it fell on my face I became extremely sick and seriously ill and I was traumatized by it as well
I understand. Was working at a place with black mold for years. Took me awhile to figure that out. Figured I would get better. Nope. Found out where I was living had Mold as well. Moved into another apartment in same complex like 3 months ago. Thought I was free. I'm sicker now then ever. Discovered mold is coming through my AC. I feel like I'm going crazy. I've had a Sinus Infection for over 6 weeks, everyone IK thinks I'm crazy. Without a doubt I know it's Mold. I'm at the breaking point. It has destroyed my body. I'm 5'11" & weigh 101lbs with clothes on. My hair texture has changed, can't focus on anything, constantly Fatigued, migraines, etc ....... I'm so at my breaking point. Don't even know what to do.

memory loss, exhaustion, sleeplessness, smelled mould in bedroom: and yesterday I started decorating just to find black mould under the painted wallpaper, it's even eaten into the skirting boards!!
Stopped working and was staying at home for 9 months when I developed vertigo, brain fog, muscle cramps, twitches, muscle weakness, coughing, anxiety, insomnia. Then I found out we have got mould. When away I feel better. Weird.
I was tested by an immunologist after a professional mold inspection showed 200 times the level of Aspergillum. The test showed that I was highly allergic to this specific mold. Waking up with headaches, sore eyes, sleep disturbances and everything mentioned here. The owners water heater flooded and they did not remediate. DON’T TRY TO REMEDIATE IT YOURSELF IF YOU HAVE AN ALLERGY OR IMMUNE SYSTEM PROBLEM.
I was diagnosed with advanced black mold poisoning in 2016. Left me with memory loss, chronic joint/muscle pain, damage to my liver, right kidney and left lower lung. Had I known this info I could have prevented the permanent damage when I noticed the earlier symptoms If you suspect or are getting sick more often than usually don’t delay mold testing and treatment. It can save your life.
what kind of test did you have my boyfriend has been sick for two years and extremely sick for the last ten months. he has been hospitalized four times in ten months. two with double lung infection. On iv antibiotics twice straight into his heart and still sick.
Hey, dont overlook molds. Brittany Murphy died from mold in her room. Her husband died months later with the same infection. Everybody is speculating foul/criminal but quite a number of ppl like myself are leaning more towards the mold cause her room was filthy and cluttered with zero ventilation. Plus with so many drugs. Total disaster. Clean your rooms, people.
When you get this poising you become basically incapacitated, no motivation, will to do the littlest things … I’ve let my house cleaning go and I can barely function much less think ..
Toxic mold is a major problem in modern homes. The mold is not always from leaking pipes. The majority of American homes built in the last 30 years have vinyl siding. Vinyl siding is NOT water proof. It is not even water resistant. The air barrier behind it is usually shiney cardboard or a mesh plastic vapor barrier. The excess moisture comes from outside in , the overall design is supposed to wick the moisture outside but is insufficient when wet weather is extreme or long term. I worked as a contractor for 20 plus years in the home building industry. Seriously, if you have these symptoms get your home tested by an expert. Hire a testing company that does NOT do remediation. You are more likely to get an honest assessment.
Not many Doctors will even acknowledge the problem ket alone treat you for it!!! And they refuse to give you the mycotoxin test!!! Gotta get natural products and help yourself
The internet is such an invaluable tool that is just amazing. Things that only the doctor could tell you (I am not saying you can self-diagnose EVERYTHING) was wrong, now you can find on the net. If you know what the issue is, than its time to start researching and taking action against mold yourself. The same goes for any other problems you may have. Pharma is also in it for the money, so again research alternatives to health issues if your doctor is basically going to lead you astray or tell you to shove off.
This just helped me confirm that the apartment I was in from May 2014 - April 2016, undoubtedly had black mold in walls. From Dec 2014 to Feb 2016, I was hospitalized 4 times, once with double pneumonia, (but I'd cough like I'd smoked 5 packs cigs all the time. Was on oxygen until shortly before I moved). My immune system was compromised, to point where I had sepsis. It's seriously bad. And I was being rushed to hospital, by ambulance, at least every other month. Was real bad. Sickest I've EVER been in my life.
Thank you I kept smelling something weird i c kept cleaning and cleaning the bathroom call the company's that take care of the property the whole bathroom wall had to be torn out!! A busted water pipe from upstairs I've been sick as a dog but once I get away from here I feel so much better I kept telling my husband something was wrong!! I'm thinking about filing a lawsuit this has been going on to long...
Sadly, My rental suite is like this. My Landlord refuses to Do anything. And My city refuses to enforce the muliple Health ByLaw Orders My Landlord has recieved. Maybe it's time to go to the Media.
You can pick up a cheap mold kit at Lowe's or somewhere. It might not be as affected as professionals but I swabbed my 2 sites 3 days ago and something is growing in that petrie dish. I split the dish into 2 sides when I swabbed because it costs for each dish to be processed. My bedroom specimen is going like crazy. I'll send it off tomorrow.
Same we live in a really old house and there's mold all over all walls but our landlord doest even care to fix it we also have other house problems that our landlord refuses to fix
I think mold fear mongering has been a thing for a long while actually.. People are literally ripping out walls spending 10k+ to get rid of deactive mold that is not affecting the air anymore because of being told false info by mold remediation companies
Lately i have been suffering of all of these symptoms i already had two trips to the eye doctor with 2 prescriptions. I forget every little thing even when i am talking i have a rash that wont go away on my hand 😟I am glad i saw this video i recently moved from a apartment to a house because that apartment was falling apart mold accumulating on the shower head and walls weird smells, now i am hoping that all of that will change eing in a new house. Thank you for the vid really helped now i can see what i can do about my health!.
I have all symptoms and there's mold in my hallway and spare room. Thank God I've only have a couple more weeks and I'm out of here. I've been sick for 8 years in bed. No one cared or believed me. But took matters in my own hands. And my father lives across the street. Kept saying this is what it was he's still in denial. Lok glad I love myself enough. Thanks for this video!!!!
This is an awesome video!!!! I've been sick for about a month with all of the symptoms described but the hives and itching was awful. I thought i was allergic to something in my room, but what.. It got sooo bad i couldn't sleep in my bedroom. We checked outside the room window and there was lots of black mold that we didn't know anything about. The mold had entered thru the bricks and into the inner wall of the bedroom. Called the pros to repair, very costly. Hoping I'll feel better in a few weeks. According to the pros, this stuff is deadly especially having respiratory problems such as asthma and i have it.
I am 100% certain I am dealing with this and have dealt with this for such a long time. Can anyone confirm if they’ve had an intense duration of sleep like 15 hours and then waking up with brain fog and lack of concentration? I have 9/9 of the symptoms.
I can tell you for a fact my house has mold. I see it on the walls and I do the exact same thing. I didn't think it was related until I saw your comment. Wow.
Yes yes yes. Found out I was working around MOLD so quit my job. After 3 days of work felt like I was getting flu every week. Did this for years. Figured I would get better. Did a little bit but still wasn't 100. Then I realized it was apartment as well. So I moved into another apartment in same complex. Was so excited. Took everything I me to do this. About 6 weeks ago I got a really bad Sinus Infection. Figured maybe heat. I'm sicker now then ever. Looked in my AC vents & realized its covered in mold. Sounds unbelievable. I'm seriously on verge of having a breakdown. I'm miserable and don't know what to do.
Yes ive had this happen to me. Ive had days where i have slept all day or night and still feeling tired and sleepy. I live in a 140 year old historic house in new orleans. The weather duri g most of the year is very humid specially during the summer. There is defenetly a mold problem in this house. The musty smell is so intense specially during the summer even though there are central ac units working non stop. The smell even clings to your clothes. U become nose blind after being inside of the house for long but after being out of the house for a whole day its when u notice how bad the smell is. The problem with these old houses is that they were built in a time where air conditioner didnt exist however the arquitects back then knew that ventilation was important to cope with hot monrhs so inside the walls and ceilings there are channels of open space that often led to vents or to the crawling space. All of those have been shut since air conditioner has been installed but its imposible to completely make the house air tight. Whats happened is that the cold air from the ac meets with warm air moist air from outdoors in between the walls condensating producing water that has created a colony of mold. Even on the edges of the old windows u see the trail of mold that forms where there is warm air leaking inside. It is just bad. Ive develop a bad skin allergy earlier this year. I get extremely itchy and scratching makes it even worse and my skin feels so warm and sensitive ive had to start taking antihistamine which ive never had to before. At first i thought i was allergic to the laundry detergent spending dollars in switching to other detergents and washing everything. Then i thought maybe im allergic to msg or any particular food. Ive tried everything for this entire year and nothing . But today i did discover the mold stains have grown exponentially in many windows and spent time cleaning them and also sprayed one of those anti bacterial and anti mold sprays graded for hospitals with the fan a full speed. I felt my constant itchinnes all over my body diminished exponentially. I dont know if it was a placebo efffect or im going crazy at this point but certainly feel the difference. Could it have been the mold thats been causing this itchines and letargy and brain fog and anxiety and red eyes? Im almost sure it has been. I know that spraying that product and removing the mold stains wont solve the problem permanently as mold will continue to grow back. At least until the cold weather arrives but i may have been able to reduce the micotoxis that were being generated by all the mold i cleaned. Anyhow ill wait two more days to monitor how itchy i feel as well as the other symptoms to confirm.
Yes me. I could sleep forever and am not happy when I wake up. Constant fatigue and recent memory loss. Red yes conjunctivitis for 2 years. Now that I 've chucked out the moldy carpet I am better.
I agree, I haven’t been feeling well for a while now. I’ve been having all of the these symptoms and then some. The doctor has done other tests but because they come back as not showing much they think I’m crazy and imagining things. I can see mold on my wall and I’ve bought stuff to fix the problem but I need a roof guy to come in and find out how it’s getting into my wall before I replace the stucco on the inside. It only shows inside as a 1 foot patch, but (like they said) it could be a much bigger problem behind the wall. Recently when we have had to turn on the air conditioner other members of my family have been having fatigue, and allergy issues. So it needs to go.
My family doesn't believe all or any mold can be toxic, that I have an allergy to mold. My eyes are so bad...blurred. My head hurts, I can barely form complete sentences , the hives are so disgusting, I finally resorted to wearing a surgical mask when I have to be indoors. Worse part is i literally live next door to my family. I'm disabled and even have been to the er several times for various reasons but because I'm so lethargic i go days without leaving the house and not one person checks to see if I'm ok. But noticed thelonger I'm maway from the mold, hours... my headache slowly goes away and my vision is better....
I have had mold in my room for 2 or 3 years now and my family wouldn't do anything about it and didn't let me do it myself because I'm gonna "ruin the walls" I have all the symptoms regarding anxiety, brain fog, headaches, I forget stuff easily and have zero energy every single day. since it's summer, we finally decided to spray the affected area with chlorine and then paint the area with some lemon based paint that's shown to be very effective. I hope my health gets better.
Did your symptoms go away fully? Unless there was a known major leak in the home at some point.. Mold in the walls with no current moisture source is very overblown and is used as fear mongering by mold remediation companies.
headaches, earaches, eye pain, general muscle pain but mostly hands and feet as though it were arthritic. Unexplained sneezing, rashes. My last rental was the same way but the landlord denied it and refused to do anything about it. I own this dump and will have to investigate further.
Abby_mermaid 312 I live in an apartment where mould grows ALL the time. A pipe broke and now water is all over the place. My bedroom is next to the bathroom. They’re both completely covered in mold. I found that’s why I’m here lol
@@WayToManyAssassins It definitely grows on walls, esp closets that are on the outside of your home, when your home isn’t sealed letting in moisture/humidity. Brick homes are bad for this. Wish I could attach pics b/c my closet walls are covered!
My wife is at the end of her ropes - we have experts inspecting the house in a few days. Two ER visits, sinus infections, surgery ...year later it is worse than ever nothing helps. What brand, where to buy it? Thx.
I have mold in my house. Unfortunately I'm on my own for fixing it. I don't have every symptom but I have some of them. I hope it's not too late to get help. I was wondering why I had anxiety, breathing problems, and feeling sick. Now I know. Thank you for making this video. It's very informative. I never had these health problems before.
I've had a chronic cough now for 15+ years. Have been to soooo many doctors and they all try to tell me it's just allergies or just my asthma acting up. I ask for mold tests and they tell me there aren't any... I know there are. It's very frustrating and I'm SICK of this cough!!
@@pinkfreud62 the house I was in definitely had mold, that's why I wanted the doctors to check my lungs for mold spores. I had the mold treated in the house and have also moved.
Hi Lynn, Ask your Dr for a cat scan of your lungs and for 3 sputum sample bottles so you can have the mucus you cough up tested in a lab. This could be a serious lung condition. I am seeing a lung specialist who thinks I have NTM from mould (a very serious lung condition and I don’t cough much). If your Dr won’t do that for you find a Dr who will.
Activated charcoal pills for your health, and charcoal decorative bags placed through in every room of the house will keep the mold level livable, research this for the details, it’s life changing
Not sure what these are but googling it as I’ve been sick with most these symptoms since a moving into my new home last year. It’s only 5 years old but something ain’t right
I actually had to move out of my previous appartment. All these things and more were happening to me and my family. We've been at the new apartment for 2 weeks now and I feel so much better. I sleep better at night and I don't have the weird skin rashes. I have to go for a blood test because my monocytes were low. So now I gotta check that again.
I love it. It's mold free and we don't have that weird smell anymore. My son is not being rushed to the hospital because of his asthma and Im not using my inhalor. Honestly mold is a serious threat to our health.
@@BRIGHTSIDEOFFICIAL I also have a new place here in LA, Ca. I told management after lots of water related issues. All they did was change the baseboards and tell me to get out within 60 days. According to health department as long as they are doing "something" there isn't much a tenant can do but move (at my considerable expense).
@@lodijacer at first I felt great, but remember to continue to detox, air purifier with HEPA, dehumidifier, UVC light, essential oil, etc. Everything you can do, continue to educate yourself, because, toxins actually can be still inside the body. Like me, at first felt great, 2 months later my chest tightness is back, red eyes never went away, and pressure started to show on my head. The mold spores also are with fabrics such as clothes, unless you washed everything, they came with us....
@@kmm129 wow they told you to "get out"? that's different....mine continued to receive my rent, and wanted more, the 2 month early termination after I left. And no, as long as they took the rent, they have responsibilities to maintain a livable premise. Mine had some leaks and they never fixed them, also never professionally remove mold.
I've had constant mucus and post nasal drip for many months chronically now. I have lived in some shady places due to being poor in the last two years and I know there's mold in my home.
Interesting symptoms bc they sound so similar to those of an anxiety disorder, so it’s kind of a chicken/egg situation. Which came first , your anxiety or toxic mild exposure ? Either condition could be made worse by the presence of the other. I may have elements of both.
Well I've never experienced anxiety ever until a few years ago that would be around the time I started experiences mold symptoms not as severe as I am now ,but still it amazes me how large management company's that get funding though a person in federal funded programs ,still refuse to abid by the contracts sign and put healthy people in unhealthy living situation AND GET PAID TO DO SO ,I've been years of contacting the forces that are supposed to regulate this health code violation and look over it with having knowledge of where this mold that seems to be in most homes rather there owned or rented back this complex has play the switch manager trick but I'm looking into enforcing my right to live BY LAW SUITE ,WITH OUT I COUNTY LAWYER
Guys make sure you really have any of these symptoms and so does your home, before taking any drastic action. This video could possibly trigger the nocebo effect inadvertently for some people watching. Stay safe everyone.

I am a mold specialist, to be realistic every building has mold, some of the worst cases I’ve seen is caused by builders not drying the crawl space before insulating it or capping it off(adding the subflooring) just after a rain or a humid day. So don’t be afraid of a little bit.
Not being afraid of mold to tell someone that is completely absurd Smfh mold almost killed me on 3 different occasions it’s definitely something to be afraid of especially when you can’t see it because it’s hidden
Since returning to the UK, everyone I have stayed with, I am experiencing these problems & I have increased my fluid in take & I never close the window. Sadly England has issues with this from ever since I can remember, sadly this is extremely harmful to our health. If someone needs some advice, I will share what I have done to make it easier to live in a home with these issues.
England is damp. I bought a dehumidifier and it helps keep the moisture level under control year round. I also keep Detol mould spray on hand. Mould feels like a losing battle.
Always feel like something is on skin don't feel when not home and my eyes have stuff on my lashes when I wake up and I do smell that smell a told my rental and they say theirs nothing
My apartment had flooded. I have severe muscle and joint pain; rashes/sores on skin; and forgetfulness. My doctors think I am crazy! Can you tell me what type of physician to see? Will a dehumidifier help?
I'm so fortunate to live in a clean home with little to no infestation of mold. I've lived in homes with black mold since I was 6 years old and it had been really difficult since then. The freedom of body doing what I can in power to be part of society when home is clean. I simply hope in future we'll have inventions to combat effectively against black mold that we could get as safe product from stores.
brooooo i legit keep having hives around my eyes and cheeks when they get itchy and my eyes are watering. my room smells different from the rest of the house and now the rest of my skin is itchy
my doctor (after i did the research] ordered a lab test for mycotoxins, and interestingly the labs (labcorp and quest) don't do that. why not? Who doesn't want you to know if you have mold going through your bloodstream?I don't understand. And I am too sick to keep fighting the medical community (which made me sick to begin with...HA septic shock and HA double pneumonia due to a kidney stone!!!!) I become more convinced with each passing day that no one cares if 'elderly' people (esp single females over 60) die and that there is some type of agreement to give us the bare minimum of care. I worked for 45 years and paid my dues...these were supposed to be the best years of life. Retire and relax. That is not happening; it is more like fight to survive and stay out of a nursing home.
Read below a teacher showed this to the kids. This is truly educational. So many people are so so ill and it can be a home that is toxic with mould, poor ventilation, roofs hsrbouring years of dust and airconditioners or heaters toxic. I hope we re design showers as the present day ones are horrendous considering people dont have the luxury of cleaning it rvery day. Now homes are so glitzy but not practical.
How long after you leave the home will signs and symptoms of mold toxicity leave your body. When can you expect to feel better, what type of a physician do you see to have toxicity ruled out. Thank you

thanks man i found out that i needed to leave my home and have someone paid to remove it but i found black mold all through my house behind the paint massive amounts i have been exposed to it for 3 years
I smelled a weird musty smell in my room today, and I peeked behind my bed to find mold on the wood. It was actually caused by a leak from the water heater :/ It's grayish blue, and looks like mold you get on bread. I still don't know if it's dangerous.
Yes Ive been neglected a management acknowledgment to the mold that is for sure behind my wall throughout my entire apartment ,I've been witness to many leaks running down the inside of my walls with the last time heard was January 12 ,13,14 2022 and the response from this management is pure disbelief how my health and safety bares no real concern I've been left for eight months to be sheltered in with visual mold in a bad u weatherstripped window for the length of time with a code enforced violation total time it had to be forced and made into a health n safety violation 8 months and as I'm also being violated my rights to privacy during the time I discovered the mold and while my unit has Water leaked trails trailing throughout it's entirely it's been ignored by code enforcement the management my hud worker legal aid and I'm very effected by this mold every symptom mentioned in this 9ways video I have . What's hard to understand is true enforcement not giving to owners that know of this mold contamination eoccupy housing for the plumbers that been servicing this property said by them everyday with leaks I'm into my third year neglected repairs and acknowledgement of needing repairs that is health n safety with no true entity to enforce the situation I'm lost to how I get this matter enforced who can I contact to force the one who's supposed to be the enforcer
I lived in a house with black mold on the walls. Developed a dry cough for several months even after l moved to a another house. I was soo debilitated, l think that helped me contract whooping cough. Never stay in a mold house for any amount of time
I started having awful issues with shortness of breath. Out of nowhere it seemed. Drs tried a lot but to no avail. It seemed to get better with lifestyle changes but I was relatively healthy already. My roommate is now dealing with many of the same breathing issues and that made me think it must be something in the house because it is so strange that all The sudden breathing is quite difficult. People who are allergic to certain things do not have weaker immune system as said in the video. They have hypersensitive immune system. To simplify, their immune system over reacts to non pathogenic (non germ) materials such as pollens.
came across this thread by accident. I think I have mould symptoms. I sweat a lot in my sleep & I live in Australia where summer gets very warm, so probably not surprising. I definately have had a lot of these symptoms recently.

My London council flat is killing my hubby and me and my daughter. I think the mold is powdery and coming out the air vents. The vents are in every room in the ceiling . They have never been cleaned. You can’t even get to them. My daughter has allergic reactions to everything and has raised bumps on her torso. The bedroom smells most of it but toxic mold causes itching sometimes, the whole block is itching and chucking out bedding etc but it’s not bedbugs or scabies according to my doctor. My hubby is on feeding tubes feels sick and has migraines constantly, he’s down to 7 stone and is 6 foot 2 ! I can’t remember anything, my girl has adhd ( mold ?) , now if I shut my eyes I almost start fitting. Council flats are horrible and it’s killing us. I Dunno what to do ? we have mold in our apartment, an allergy doctor has said to me " your environment is making you sick. the thing is, this is the only place I can afford. and around here there's a big shortage on available places to rent that also are " up to code ". my landlord is an elderly person. I've rented here for 7 years, i wish I could move out of this place into some place decent enough.

My left eye is sometimes red, itchy, painful, I even cough, sneeze. I have seen 1 opthalmologist, 3 eye doctors and I have been told I have an allergy of which they haven't said which allergy. I only get prescribed medication. For some years now the bedroom wall has changed colour to blackish. I was told that's mold on the wall that is brought about by moist and water from.the ground. I have now concluded that it might be toxic mold that's affecting my eye.
