This video has by far been the best on giving people info on how to get back links. And I’ve watched quite a few. I have my own website/blog that I’m trying to promote in inexpensive ways as I’m on a fixed income right now and I’ve watched a lot of videos on back links and none of them were as explanatory as this one. Thank you so much for making this video! I even took notes on it! Lol 😂
We tried the "link round up" strategy and the majority of those in our industry were created by direct competitors, so there is no way that will work for us. We just keep doing our own best of, tips, resources lists.
Regarding "broken link building", this was what I encountered. As the domain already wiped out the site which I linked to (a time sensitive site), I had to go wayback machine (WBM) to see a cache copy of the deleted site is being archived. If I am lucky, I would be able to find a cache copy and link to WBM instead. I am not sure if building backlink by liking back to WBM is something advisable.

Hey, Matt it just dawned on me. How do you get a backlink from a site/business that does not have a blog? Where would you suggest they place a backlink to your site?
If they don't have any blog type content at all, that would imply the content on their site is just for their businss (services pages, etc). That's going to be nearly impossible to get a link.
