That helps you remember to put ur name next time. You dont know how hard its for us to figure out who the paper belongs to. N then we have to deal with the parents who dont know how to discipline and raise their own spawn but expects us to do everything. Home is the first school.
@@melissafeds1344 ok teacher i dont want to be rude but we dont have times for putting names we forget with all the learning thats going on our brains get stuffed with school work thats boring which makes us forget our names...aka dont take this offensive just saying
@@ok-oj6ss Its fine. U were polite. I believe that before u r asked to begin answering ur paper, the tr should remind everyone to write their names. This is what I do . Inspite of this reminder, if the tr still gets a no name paper, then its only fair that there should be consequences. The parents should value discipline, both at home and at school as it will only benefit their own kids and their future, not the teacher. Teaching is more of a selfless service. We impart wisdom apart from the subject topic. We dont have to do this. We don't get paid to do it. We stand for hours, potentially affecting our health in later life. Yet we do it coz if our words make a difference in at least one person's life, we think it was all worth it. We r no enemies of kids when we punish them. The parents should realise all this. The good old days were better.
@@hayaslife2193 the younger grades are taught by senior teachers ones with the most experiance. Thank god Im doing special education but I prefer the unit. Its much more organized and for me thats a good class setting. Not so many kids that I get overwhelmed usually its about 14 to 15 kids and depending on the school you have at least 3 or 4 more teachers in there so you can teach each child on a 1 to 1 or in small group setting.
TBC_offline You know...I got a teacher who hates childrens’ guts. She always talk behind the student’s back and blows the whistle into the freaking microphone. Yeah, she’s amazing 😒
Got Shine Plays oh wow... So sorry. I actually used to have a mean teacher too. I don't think they deserve to be called teachers tho, teachers are supposed to teach and give good examples to students
I hate that teachers are now expected to like have super cute rooms and be super crafty. Just give them budgets big enough to have everything they need instead of making them McGuyver stuff out of cardboard boxes. Like, yeah, I'm all for recycling, but it should be a choice not a necessity for teachers.
Tracie Irene it could be made necessary if they were given allowances and time to enable them to do diy and decorate their classrooms, but we don't have both so...
Tracie Irene they’re not expected to have super cute rooms and be super crafty tf??? my teachers dgaf ab their rooms and literally this vid is just to help them organize their things
SparkleKitten lol these are for teachers. do you think that they get all their supplies the day before classes start? id assume theyd prepare beforehand.
Alyzia School starts in August hell even close to September!! That's a long way to go before school. And yes, I do know that teachers do not get supplies before the first day of school. I'm not an idiot, mate 😊
@@nisini3711 I notice you guys use "s" more than us as well like "realise" and have "u" in words like "honour". Interesting how the same language can have such differences
Erin yes ! I have autism and I'm currently studying special education as my college major ( minor is in theatre because I am a theatre brat ). While in high school I was apart of a special teaching program that allowed me to teach children with disablities for 2 hours a day 4 days a week. I remember walking into the special education rooms at I got a bit overwhelmed it looked like a normal class but it wasn't decorated for children with disablities. They did have a cool down area/ reading area but that was it. I want my classroom to be an room that is educational fun welcoming and safe. My overall priority as a future educator is safety if the kid doesn't feel safe they will be scared and not want to go to school 2nd welcoming I want my kids to enter my classroom and feel that their teacher ( me ) loves them and cares for them that when they go home they tell their mom dad or guardian " I feel safe at school I love my teacher shes very nice " I want my kids parents to know that when they go to school someone is looking out for them loves them and cares for them 3rd fun educational ( Funucational its my word ) I want my lessons to be fun hands on or whatever method works for my kids ( each kid learns differently ) I want my kids to be excited about learning. Of course I will teach them important skills like learning how to exchange money or how to tell time. I cant wait till I become a teacher since I was 15 this career was ment for me. Here is the ironic part of it all as a kid I hated school.
The Road to Cosplay and Comic Con Hating schools is a prerequisite for becoming a teacher because you remember what you didn’t like and have the perspective to look back and decide what to do so someone else doesn’t have this same experience! Especially since you have experienced what has happened to them they will feel more comfortable! Passion is the driving force! Preparation is the decision of how to take passion and steer it into action! My household has two members with autism! Variety is the spice of life ! Be blessed!
Most teachers already know all of these, because we've seen hundreds upon hundreds of pinterest boards featuring all of these things. Wanted to see something new, so disappointed.
I was really hoping this was going to be tips to keep the classroom cool as an temperatures. I would like it very much if you could do one of those videos
Thank goodness! Now I don't have to mark everything with boring sticky notes. I've actually had students tell me that my room is boring and I need to spice it up.
All of these are great ideas, but my students are gonna ruin this by the end of the week, and not adhere to the colour pencil sorting rule. Also, I'm gonna lose all the marking clips by the end of the week. Bottom line is that I will have made more work for myself since I'll have to spend an extra hour after class going through, and replacing all the damaged decorations. I need something lasting and realistic.
piece of crap ikr. despite all the other people going like “why are you making these in the middle of summer?” or “why am i here i’m not even a teacher” I mean... THESE HACKS ARE COOL SO JUST LEAVE IF YOU DONT THINK THEY ARE
I have a question about American (elementary) schools: Why do the teachers supply the students with pencils and stuff? Here in Germany you have to bring your own.
Nice ideas and all but my mom is a teacher and she told me there is so much to do it would take a long time to diy when she needs to grade so why not buy it at the store the materials add up to the same cost maby even more!
Huh everyone is talking that this video is for teachers but in my school this work is done by the students, cleaning classrooms, decorating it and other stuff
Feel like this is specifically geared towards American teachers, 'cause (as far as I am informed), they have to use their own money on their classes supplies, which I, as a Dane, find rather stupid.. :O Why not just pay, like, 0,01% more in taxes, and put that towards school supplies? :O I actually think 0,01% is waaaaay more than they'd need for that, but still.. :P But yeah, since (again, as far as I am informed) you don't do that, videos like this could really make a difference.. ^^ (if I am wrong in any of this, please correct me in a polite way, no need to call me stupid or something like that)
My mom said im gonna be flight attendant before i said to my mom im gonna be a doctor but i want ro be half teaxher in nursery and kinder private and half flight attendant
okay. This “things to make you have the coolest classroom ever” is for younger kids. Like 1-3rd grade. Or kindergarten plus head start. (pls don’t get triggered, sorry if you don’t consider headstart school, I do.) but, I do like the “no name” craft. It’s pretty cool. But I don’t thing my 5th grade teacher would hang that up, it’s cute but kinda for little kids. I would do these crafts when I got older, only if I had a classroom of young children.
The first one My teacher told me and my classmate to do like that one but we didnt have alot boards But at our table we put a pic of our self and put a hobby. But we did a mini library and our classroom had a TV Just gave you some more boring ideas
Michael’s employee. In case you weren’t already aware, teachers get a 15% off their entire purchase (excluding the usual things.) But if there is a 20% or better, use that one. We can’t stack those discounts unfortunately.
I was that first year teacher that did all the cute crafts and had the Pinterest classroom....only to have everything break by the second 6 weeks and be stressed out by trying to keep up with my color coordinated systems. When are you lesson planning if you’re spending all your time crafting? Priorities.
What am I even doing here??? I came from watching Kpop crack videos and now I’m...here. I’m not even a teacher, I’m a teenager, it’s 4 in the morning. What the heck am I doing with my life??
