This was neglect. Brooke was on a 65cc only track. A 17 year old took his 250cc on that track and was kicked off. Later he returned to the same track and landed on Brooke crushing her. It wasn’t a freak accident it was riders not following the rules.
That's illegal Lol. I've been riding for years and taught many a young people. I know an older pro extreme mountain bike who did incredible crazy moves for years. One day he was going less than 10 miles an hour hit a rock and snapped his neck. He's now an incredible rehab guy at a spinal institute. 🙂🇺🇸
At age 28, weighing 125 pounds, I recall being thrown off a motorcycle. I was told I flew 15 feet high. All I can remember is thinking in my thoughts that I wouldn't get to say goodbye to my mom. Everything then went black and silent. I felt no pain until I woke up to firefighters tapping my face. They informed me that my helmet had cracked, which likely would have been my head and brain instead. Rest in peace to the little girl who didn't survive. Accidents occur at any age. Rest in peace, little angel. 🙏🏻

i know a lot of MX crazies and every one of them is a forest of metal pins and shattered bones. Motorsport is a testosterone thing, I abandoned MX at 16 in favor of rallycross and am real glad i did.

I always tell people to pray for kids especially when the summer vacation begins. I'm a Paraprofessional at an elementary school. It's something about that summer vacation time that makes kid so susceptible to harm. May God comfort the family.
They are more susceptable to harm at public schools (especially CA schools) w all the CRT and woke garbage they teach, let alone the lax/lack of security on campuses.
No child should be driving it’s ridiculous that for their macho egos they push their lil kids to do sports made for grown people now was it worth it hope the parents feel satisfied they killed their own daughter this should be criminal. It’s like letting a child drive knowing they are 9yrs old even if it’s a closed race track their is no reason why anyone should be allowed to let their kids do this

More children are killed riding bicycles, skateboards, swimming than on tiny dirt bikes. She was riding basically a glorified mini bike that is not very fast and designed for children. Statistically it’s a safe sport for children but as with anything there will be an occasional accident. Crap move trying to shame the parents. You must think her little bike is fast and powerful like an adult motorcycle based on your rant. I grew up in the country riding mini bikes, go carts, later dirt bikes and never had a serious injury and had a great childhood because my parents allowed me to climb trees, shoot BB guns and all the other fun stuff kids used to enjoy before this idea that kids should stay inside on cell phones and video games for their own safety.

She shouldn’t have been riding at that age. It’s a risk that should have not been taken. I could not live with myself afterwards if I was the one whose idea this was.
The news isn’t fully disclosing the truth: “A 17yr riding a 250 was kicked off the kids 65-80cc track & returned after being kicked off & landed on her.” This is commonly being said, if this is true. This was negligence & man slaughter.
Now noticed they didn't explain exactly what happened to her but just kept saying it was a freak accident ???in my opinion shes too small to be out riding a motorcycle like that by herself they should of gave her one of those nice scooters or bicycle instead smh
There was an older rider with bigger bike on that same track (17 years old on a 250 cc bike). That track was for much smaller 60 cc bikes, but he rode there illegally. It's the track stuarts negligence, not parents negligence.
Her carotid arterie was severed in a collision with another young rider, what caused it was the sharp brake gear gauge because the other rider did not have the proper foam covering….and I made all this up have a blessed day
A freak accident on a motorcycle involving a 9-year-old girl. The only freak occurrence here is idiots who think 9-year-olds can ride motorcycles. That just seems highly irresponsible to me. I grew up around people who all had a bunch of motorcycles and most of them didn't get them till they were at least 12 or 13. Just my personal view but I don't think you can call that a freak accident.
She was hit by a 19 year old on a full size bike who was not supposed to be on the track with her. The only freak thing about this is heartless dickheads like you making uneducated comments
Her mom is my coworker. People thought I was crazy for getting life insurance for me and my kids this year. They have a go fund me for 70,000 dollars. Obviously they didn’t have life insurance. Like I told my family, anyone can die any day. You don’t have to be old to die. SMH

How about letting children play with Barbies and not push them into a risky sport that allows the parent to live vicariously. At age 9, their understanding of risk assessment is nil.
They say it wasn't the parents' fault? for not having limits on the children.. For that girl to have had the motorcycle she had to have an adult (father/mother) buy it and pay for everything that comes with that sport...
So are you saying the parents should be criminally held liable? Another rider collided into the young girl. If the parents put the child in swimming class and they drown, should the parents be charged? If the child is put into gymnastics and a "Freak accident" happens and they break there neck and die, should the parents be charged? If you buy your kid a regular bicycle or roller blades and they have a "Freak accident" and die, should they be charged??? I'm just following your same logic.
The parents did it right. Brooke was on a kids only track and a 17 year old took his big bike on that track and landed on her. That same kid was warned earlier that day not to ride on that track with the mini bikes.
Now is not the time for ignorance. Please the family doesn’t need this. Two wheels of any kind can have its dangers. Even with all safety precautions things can still go wrong. The Little girl was experienced and I highly doubt her family would put her in immediate danger.

No they shouldn’t. It’s was her choice to do moto. That decision was hers. Her parents could’ve done moto so she thought it would be cool to join too. I do not know what her parents had her do. But always remember that you have the choice
