Question you never a leak behind the battery area on your car I been having this issue for long time is on the Bottom of the motor mount I’m confused to if I’m seeing oil leak or transmission leak
BigKevOnDis l just found out about the downshift cable adjustment and how it effects the locking and unlocking in 4th gear on my automatic transmission.. This has troubled me for a long time and I thought tranny was on its way out. I replaced solenoids, religiously changed the transmission fluid to try and stop the converter from unlocking at about 55. I believe this was the problem, I adjusted throttle tension first, then I adjusted the cable from throttle to top of transmission. Once throttle starts to open the downshift cable should also move without delay. Just my recent revelation on this car!
BigKevOnDis My trans would feel like it was in overdrive . What it actually was is the locking and unlocking of the locking solenoid due to the adjustment on the downshift cable.
Could you help me out what radiator is that cuz I can’t seem to find the right one for my car I just got one threw O Riley’s and it’s not the right one
i have a 91 accord with coolent leak in theback of the engine below the heat core return hose. there is a hole that the fluid is coming out of i need to know how to plug it properly.
replace every hose with fuel line any size just use fuel line it is heat proof and has a lining so nothing ever gets out even if the outside shows cracking you just know when to replace it that way.
I know this video is 3 years old but I'm having the same overheating issue and have tried everything to fix it. I even got the engine rebuilt! Did flipping the thermostat fix it?
@@bigkevondis I also want to add here for anyone else that finds this video: the first time I replaced my thermostat, the car wouldn't start and that was because there is a ground right by the thermostat housing that got wet. I was looking for the problem for days and hopefully this helps someone lol
What happens when you drive in the rain? There's more pressure on the inside of the engine then you are putting on the engine from the outside and shouldn't be an issue unless it isn't sealed but think if that was an issue it would be obvious. Just don't spray like a crazy person into the electrical components especially in an older vehicle but if you do it like 50 bucks for an alternator and 30 for a new fuse box ECT 🤷♂️
