@HomelessGuyOnTheStreets That's probably why {know it or not} subconsciously so many people find it creepy. Lots of horror films used it. Hope the streets are being kind by the way.
Fact: Being stalked is the most uncomfortable and somewhat to most scary thing you can go through, especially if you don't know the stalker's intentions.
Her life was already shitty enough and she's a tragic figure. Seeing her forced to do a blue movie to pay the rent as a struggling actress would definitely depress me.
I'm so much smarter now that I know Jennifer Garner played sax in high school. Why couldn't I have know this the whole time?!? Thank you for this life altering sliver of knowledge!!! 🙏
+polinidream45 It's not "amazing" that a certain part of the world does things a little differently than the rest of the world. It's such a trivial difference anyway.
Elephants can’t jump because they have no kneecaps to propel themselves into the air Giraffes have to spread the front legs two metres apart to drink water from ponds Flamingos eat with their heads upside down and the reason why they are pink is due to the shrimp that they eat
In what class do they tell kids "By the way, glass is made from sand" do tell I did in fact go to school, as it is the law, to go to school We all know that your extensive knowledge on sand and glass is from minecraft you self righteous *fuck*
09:08 Wait what? Can someone explain why you had 17 minutes to escape a fire 30 years ago, but only 3-4 minutes today? That makes no sense, unless we make houses that burn faster today?
Emil H that's because due to what furniture is made of these days. It's a more flammable material unlike back in the day when they used more organic material
Yeah but 1. maybe you shouldn't blame the entire USA for it blame the people ho taught farenheit 2. if you said celsius is more complicated than farenheit would it be so hard to find out how to convert farenheit into celsius or just learn 100 high 0 cold
Well, before the video even starts there's a picture showing a circular Earth with I think it was a red X on it and a bent out of shape Earth with a green check mark on it and I was really curious to see what that picture was about and they didn't even mention it. That's what I mean.
If you want to SOUND smart, you won't be so inflexible in your views. Fahrenheit is just as valid a measurement system as Celsius. And miles/feet/inches is just as valid as (and has more interesting terminology than) kilometers/meters/centi-meters.
"stop with all the hate comments"?? First, who are you to tell other people how to "comment", and second, I don't think it rises to the level of "hate"......Disgust at wasting 12-1/2 minutes watching & listening to this vid is more like it.
"30 years ago you had 17 minutes to escape a housefire, but now it's only 3-4mins" Ummm why is that? Shouldn't safety and building regulations mean that houses take longer to catch fire than before? @TheRichest
Tristan Williams Homes now are made of less natural materials making it easy for homes to burn faster than homes back then that used natural materials that took longer to burn. Safety regulations mean that it can help prevent any life threatening situations to occur.
Water's freezing point is 0 celsius and the boiling point is 100 celsius. 1 bar is 2 liters in 1 liter. 1 calorie is amount of energy wich u need to warm up 1 liter of water up to 1 celsius. Makes sense ha? And u guys r still using those pointless units: Farenheit, psi, etc.. :D (Sry for mistakes, i'm Finnish.)
Did i say it's useless? No, but bar is just more simple. And i didn't say that u don't use calories, i just said what it means. My point was just that the our measures just makes more sense. #Metric system.
1 Calorie (food Calorie) is actually 1000 calories or a kilocalorie (kcal). 1 calorie (little c) is the energy needed to heat 1 gram of water 1 degree celsius at 1 atmosphere. 1 Calorie (big C) is the energy needed to heat 1 kg of water 1 degree celsius at 1 atmosphere.
I guess Americans are more intelligent, since they learn and use two measuring systems instead of one. They use the "simple" metric system as well as the more complicated imperial system. It takes people with more brain power to learn both systems.
Do you ever just randomly feel like it’s a good time to learn but it’s the middle of the night and your watching yt so you just wait for it to pass???? Just me ok
You're basically saying that "smartness/inteligence has nothing to do with knowledge". Learning seemingly "random" facts can supplement the knowledge a person already has, to make them smarter/more intelligent in some way or another.
