I've seen many cosmology videos but this one somehow seems to make more sense in that I think I understand conformal cyclic cosmology now. I think. I mean I still have trouble envisioning how the one universe transitions to another while still being the same thing because of conformal invariance...um, I mean ok mc²=hf but...gahhh, how, whyyyy😭

Its really easy to understand. Everything started with a singularity and then the bang came. Tgis means everything came from a big big black whole that sucked up everything that existed around it before. This does not mean the singularity was the only thing existet. The universe is so big that the same thing could happen a zillion times everywhere.

There's also a human Dark Ages (finishing in the 14th century) where the believed in things without evidence.

I think the title is not accurate. It should say an older universe is already there.
