I usually agree with your assessments but with Bilal and Sheeda, I think you constantly miss the mark. All Bilal does is gaslight Sheeda. If she can leave a business/assets, family and life behind to be with someone established who also is adamant that a prenup be signed for his protection then she should be able to do the same.

Her request is reasonable since she gave up her business and is 100% reliant on him. Only change I would do is to gradually pay him back for his start up loan. Then both parties should be satisfied.

If Bilal really loved Shaeeda he would want to make sure she’s taken care of regardless seeing as though she has already sacrificed so much for this relationship. It’s really not rocket science, he can invest and get her up and started with her business and simply put in the prenup that should they split up she will be responsible for repaying the “loan” maybe even with interest. He doesn’t have to own any of her business. Although his discomfort at the idea of her being somewhat independent is a good metaphor for their entire relationship. Very one sided. What we see anyways. 🤷🏻‍♀️

This actually has a simple fix. They can include a clause that upon divorce, if initiated by Shaeeda, the money he puts into the company, up to x amount, will be paid back in x months. With her remaining the sole owner of the business.

Kobe needs a little support, he seems to be getting the support he needs from Temperature. Emily needs to be put in her place (reality check) because she is always disrespecting Kobe. I don't blame him. Biniyam needs a friend like a Temperature because we all know Ari needs to be put in her place.

I don't think she's asking for anything unreasonable, she's asking to be compensated for the loss of what she already built. Since even if she raised his children and contributed to the household in other ways he has no intention of attributing any value to that, it's not an unreasonable ask at all.

I remember the video of Melicia saying "you know when you have that kind of judging reaction it's more about you".... after bilal started getting dragged... it really made me think back to an abusive situation in my family AND THAT IS EXACTLY HOW ALL THE ENABLERS ACTED. I just think so many people have been in abusive relationships and are still recovering so.... Bilal is a trigger because so many of us have been in a abusive situation and we now see the red flags.

The main thing Bilal is missing is genuine love and care towards Shaeeda. This transactional attitude comes off very cold and calculated. These prenuptial negotiations would likely be better off as discussions between lawyers. I don't know how Shaeeda ever gets over his stance: "anything I bring into the marriage, stays mine. This is why Bilal is still taking care of his ex-wife eventhough she's remarried instead of just his kids like most ppl do, he's contracted his way out his marriage and into someone else's, who does that?. The prince is away but comes back to tell her he chose her for herself and he knew she had the intelligence, grace, and heart to take responsibility of a princess and later Queen. Three deals with Cinderella and the Prince having to fight to be together. As the evil step mother obtains the magic wand to go back through time and basically gaslights the prince into marrying her other daughters.

Y’all watching this show and having so many testimonies of people, getting treated BAD by their American partner, makes me understand why the foreign partner often wait patiently to have the papers…then RUN AWAY. SHAEEDA VS INVESTOR VISA There is nowhere in the K1 visa rules that says a person has to become your business investor. They come to marry and become wives or husbands with their basic needs catered for by the sponsor. There are other visas by which a foreigner can come as an investor and they have a very different anf competitive criteria. By talking the way she is doing, Bilal can actually have leverage over her and accuse her of trying to change her visa rules to something not stipulated ( which makes her look like a scammer and opportunist/ not fiancee).
