I'm really surprised that if men took more care of their body and having a healthy diet they may never ever get an enlarged prostate in the first place. Being healthy can counter the side effects to some degree. I can't say I've only just started about a week ago and I'm on a whole foods organic plant-based diet with sufficient exercise weekly. It would be an interesting result in 90 days.

Maybe now they are able to better look for side effects and probably stop faster than who didn't know about sides

That's accurate. When i added extra dut 2x a week to my fina routine i had visible improvement by the third month mark

I am in the same boat

I'm around nw3. Been taking finasteride and dermarolling for 8 months. At first 3-4 months no new hair were detected, but seems like I stabilised my shedding, and after a couple more months I started noticing little hairs growing along my hairline. So I couldn't really get a hairline lower, but I hadn't hair there even when I was 15. And seems like a little boost in density of existing hair is incoming

@@DrChim24 Sides for me were weak ejaculations. I wouldn't say regrowth, but it has stopped my hairline from receding, and my hairs are much thicker than before, and hair shedding reduced by about 70%. I'm trying to avoid a hair transplant, so this is more of a proactive measure. My hair loss wasn't severe to notice huge gains.

Exactly. Based on seeing this, many guys would give up after 3-4 months because most often would not see any results yet.

I am not sure he needs Fin(yet). His shedding rate per day has not been properly assessed on logic and numbers, but rather on emotion. He might have some hair miniaturization in the hairline but none in the mid-scalp and crown. From the hair fallen in his sink I was not convinced that he has hair miniaturization in fact, because there were very few hair fallen, and the ones that fell had about the same (quite thick) diameter.

Fin also makes miniaturised hairs to become healthier so it has the effect of making small thin invisible hairs (due to miniaturisation) become healthier and becoming thicker and longer, so it might end up looking like thicker hair even though there wasn’t any improvement in hair count

I have been observing shedding in my hairline this year. This might be because of the shortened anagen phase of some of the softest single grafts previously located in my nape area - now implanted in my hairline. The benefit is, that once all of them grow in my hairline, it makes it look soft and natural, but if I have 30-40% of them missing, it creates gaps. I feel like the nape hairs might have shortened the anagen cycle compared to some of my thicker transplanted grafts (doubles and triples behind my hairline). If you look at my videos from summer 2021 or late 2021 you will see the difference. I also stopped taking oral Minoxidil 2 months ago which stimulates (prolongs) the anagen phase of all the hair follicles on the scalp and body. Because I used it for almost 1 year, my soft transplanted hair might have used to it and now that I am not taking it, some of my softest single grafts in the hairline left the base. I will have them back soon but keep monitoring this phenomenon.

Try making a topical version instead.
