Brenton Adrian is a PhD student at the School of Human Evolution and Social Change, studying evolutionary anthropology. He was recently part of a team who determined that a previously discovered turtle fossil was not only 90 million years old, but that it reveals a new species of turtle -- and helps to fill a 12 million year gap in knowledge about turtles. Watch to learn more from Brenton about this discovery, why it's important, and how studying turtle fossils helps us to understand more about the environment.
