grunge as a specific "definition". it's all about "values" and way to think, the mean thing is not caring about your physical, not caring if you colors dont match, if your haircut is trendy or just looking good, no caring about anything at all...

I agree she doesn't deserve any hate but I don't think looking clean is a grunge style. Grunge was full of messy unwashed hair and wasn't about looking pretty it was about proving a point and like moose said values

Grunge is not about values. It was made up as a joke by a record company secretary in Seattle. It's like "hipster". It literally has no meaning.
