Honestly going in I thought this was some shitty 90’s edutainment software, but GOD I am so glad I saw this

Spoilers: Salty did not finish the game. There's a final act where you uncover that Tim was not the reason for the users dying, Dylan was. His shitty game Outlaw was so buggy it killed people and he convinced everyone it was the Mindcrash virus that did it, and Tim was arrested and sent to prison, fully convinced that he was the reason Tiffany and everyone else died. You uncover this and expose Dylan, who then confesses everything to the world and writes a lengthy apology 20 years after the event happened. That's where the game fully ends.

Fun Fact (spoilers): You actually could have saved Zane.

Legitimately got a little sad when I saw Zane's name on the victims list.

Salty's enforcer mode during the judge & jury arc was so intense that it left me on the edge of my seat, and for it to end with the rest of the enforcers making him leave in order to see the "error of his ways" was such a lame way to end the arc. But one good thing out of it was the introduction of April, even if it was short-lived. Find it kind of shocking how salty managed to get the headset off in time during the brainwave arc, if he was even one second late he would have been a goner for sure. There's no rest for the law when it comes to maintaining order in Hypnospace
