Love the drills. How many are used per practice? -(5) 90 sec drills to start practice?

Varies by practice based on needs, time of season and specific opponent preparations. Mixing them allows for better retrieval practice that leads to retention so ideally do different ones everyday but come back to previous ones so players have to retrieve it from memory and previous experience. This leads to retention rather than memorization.
