Little background on the sled is that my buddy got this a few years back not running, we got it going pretty quickly but he ended up with another sled as his daily driver.
So this was sold to our buddy JP, but unfortunately the main drive bearings went out this last weekend in somewhat spectacular fashion. I was near the back of the pack and he was at the front but I guess it was a rather impressive fireball underneath the sled.
Moral is: Remember to grease all drive components!

That Suzuki 900 twin was an awesome motor. Had a couple ZR9'S and the motors were bulletproof. Pigs on fuel but always started easy, never left me sit, and torque for days. It always amazed me how effortlessly the motor moved the sled around, like it was moving a flea or something.

Just got one of these, an orange...one of the previous owners removed the speedo system entirely. Oil injection also removed and direct grease line installed to main engine bearing. Hope i didn’t get into a nightmare...
