This job was an emergency job. We got a call about a tree that uprooted in a windstorm and was hung up in another tree. The tree had potential to fall and hit the property owners RV had it not hung up in the other tree. Upon arrival we did not know what to expect but we knew we were quickly running out of sun light and also expecting another storm, weather can change quickly in the mountains. We knew we could not fall the tree holding the uprooted tree up because it was tall enough to reach the house, so a plan was quickly established and executed.
In hindsight a Porter Wrap should have been installed on to the truck to lower the tree in that manner, instead of backing the truck up but despite that one error in planning the job was still a success. #treeclimbing #treefelling #arborist #fordf250 #stihlchainsaws #rigging #dieselpower #shingletown #california #mountians #climbingarborist #storm
