Amazing work, I was very skeptical about the staining matching, but you really know what you’re doing. That is such a beautiful pipe. I really wish Dunhill hadn’t sold out to the fashion industry and cut off the roots.
This was such an inspiration! I love pipe smoking and wood working type activities so this seems to fit perfectly into a new hobby for me. Great video!
Looks great but I thought it looked really cool with the natural color around the top of the bowl as well! I like when the rim of the bowl is a more natural color like that.

Ahh. A prince model. I love that shape. Fits well in the mouth, very good bowl, perfect length of the stem, and very nice to hold. My prince is not a mass-produced Dunhill, but custom made by Blakemar briars, England. Nevertheless, very good restoration job.

How did you know which stain to use? Did you trial and error some random briar before you put it on the pipe? Looks amazing, stunned, especially how you matched the stain to a 90 yr old pipe

I recently came into a pipe from the 1970s that needs to be restored and I am not doing well with that at all.... +Pipes And kayaks ok great, I will check out your video after I take the wife out to eat, hahaha, I can promise that you will be happy with your pipe when I'm done, I may take longer then the guys that do it for a living but I don't cut any corners and make sure everything is perfect before it leaves.
