I have all the typhons from the mega to the TLR I just got and still working on. I have tried almost all the Popular brands and I have blown all off them except grps and sweeps when I'm geared hi or have a powerful setup. Powerhobby are good and decent price and you have to glue them again before you run the for the first time but I do that to and wheels I buy now.

I seen a lot of people take out the spring and lock up rear shock with some type of tube to hold them in place

You could probably break a 100 MPH if you cut the wheels in half. Skinny wheels help a lot for top speed, but you have to balance traction and speed. If recommend getting the DB Hoons soft compound.
