I believe that you should have pressed the new one in pushing on the bearings section not the shaft, as the shaft might damage the bearings. Other than that, this is what I'm going to show to the shop when I swap mine. Thanks!

Your fan clutch is bad. Note how it keeps spinning after the engine shuts off. Great video!

That looks like a Ford Econoline in the background. What year is it and is it a truck or van?
