Is there specific things tools or techniques to do the Sterling wheel. I wanna upgrade my 1999 suburban like yours just the Sterling wheel and shift handle

I have the 2000 tahoe limited obs,same as yours.i tried ordering it from forever sharp,they said they dont have it.i know i seen A17-56b is that the same?
The steering wheel comes with the wiring for it black wire goes to ground u can connect to a bolt to the steering wheel and the red one goes to the spring in the steering column.
