But only thing can be incured every time i watch his matches is his failure to live up to his potential, his silly mistakes, his selfishness and visionless attempts. Although he has produced some subtle moments to rejoice for, we can clearly see recoba playing better than him not only in this match but in many seasons they played together (considering both of the players were pondered in inter by different cause). And this makes it inevitable that he was not serious about his career, there are many reports that says he didn't take part training and, never cared what coach or other players had to offer. We can easily compare inter career to Barcelona and psv where he did take it seriously and partially succeeded in almost winning the league. Hell, Ronaldo scored twice than him in any season. Poor comparison. 2. Bierhoff was most suitable in Italy since he's this really big player who can outjump defenders, deadly accurate in header and never had to do much of his dribbling. Also, he failed in his own league. Again, poor comparison. 3. You can't blame Ronaldo for his perceived failure in Inter since he always got injured since his second season. Also, he had no real playmaker; Djorkaeff was a decent passer, Baggio's a great addition, and Simeone+Zanetti have enough stamina to play everywhere as anything, but compared to his time in Barcelona where he had Figo+Stoichkov+Guardiola and great coach (disregard Lippi since he only played with him for 8 games), it's like hell and heaven. 4. If anything, it's Barca Ronaldo that's immature. I've watched his matches, and 85% it's guaranteed that he will simply try to outrun defenders. Compare that to Inter Ronaldo, who took set pieces, freekicks (and scored 4-5 goals in first season), contributed in build-up and even defending sometimes, and it's clear who's the more mature player.
