i also do gym but for strength and many of my some friends who are gymholic ..they tease me like 'dekh mere arms bade hai, legs dekh etcetc aur tu itne tym se gym kr rha h phir bhi muscle mass kam hai .. and i replied ki okay lets run ,play some sports and see who will win ..they seriously denied

Very informative, I know a guy who judges everyone based on their physique, if someone has a decent physique with atleast 2 or 3 years of hard workout and gained a significant amount of muscel, then (The Guy) says he got good genetics. And if some one has a busy lifestyle and doesn't have much time for workout, cannot be focused about excercise and does workout on weekends, has been doing this for the same 2-3 years but can't show some gains and a good physique, then in this case (The Guy) says that the he didn't got or born with good genetics. I mean how some can judge anyone based on their appearance but not know their true potential, that they didn't used. And Sir ! You said that right some, thinks themselves as an expert in the field of excercise science after achieving a developed physique.

I have never gone to gym yet I practice martial arts and calisthenics regularly and I have strength , stamina ,agility, balance, flexibility , cardio vascular endurance etc more than an average person (I'm ectomorph)😊

You don't need to bulk for gaining muscle. You can build muscle at maintenance level if you are fat over (20%) and want to lose then slowly loose the wait until you feel comfortable and able to maintain that physical (body fat level) year around then from there you start maintaining that bf level and slowly gain muscle Cutting and bulking are for body builders who cut to extreme like 5-6% body fat which is not healthy and maintainable So the bulk to like 10-15% body fat range then Start maintaining that level of bf and Traine hard .

Wish I got a trainer like this during my college days around 6-7 years back. I joined the gym to increase my performance in sports like cricket and football which required some strength, Speed and endurance. But as usual I was pushed to this bulking cutting bodybuilding bullshit by the trainers . And this was Transform Gym a subsidiary of Gold's Gym. Just imagine what goes on in Desi gali nukkad gyms.

Cutting bulking in a loop of hundreds of years 😀 very hilarious !! When I started lifting weights people and even gym trainers used to ask me if I'm going for body building !!? Bro you have to be on a calorie deficit with healthy fats and carbs included in your diet and mainly your protein intake should be top notch as per your body requirement, you can gain muscle in a calorie deficit as well but the rate will be slower as in case of calorie surplus. So be on a calorie deficit eat healthy complete your daily protein requirement.

Bottomline is that a skinny guy should go for a gradual caloric surplus to gain contacrile tissue along with a healthy amount of fat, instead of just blindly following stupid training who susuggest crash diet for both muscles building and fat loss.

Most people don't have a good intuition for portion sizes, that is one of the reasons that so many people are overweight. Intuition needs to be developed through awareness and practice, and of course regular exercise also needs to be taken.

@@axoltl1 ofcourse, practice will be needed in counting calories too, and efforts will be needed in everything. Basic Knowledge of Nutrition with Intuitive Portion size can work. Many people who are overweight aren't necessarily overeating but Binge eating or Bored eating. Just the instance you realize the urge is coming from Tongue or Tummy, you get awareness and slowly tweak for optimized diet.

Great content. If you shoot in 4K then in editing you can crop more while switching between two sentences or changing topic that way it will look a better cut, if you plan to keep final videos in Full HD.
