Some of the funny moments is Ecclestons season. Boredom led to some silly editing at the end, enjoy! Ignore the misspelling of his name in the video, that was definitely intentional.
I love how Ecclestone is jittery and nervous as he picks up a phone that shouldn't be ringing as though it's about to explode, hides how scared he is by cheerfully saying "Hello? This is the Doctor speaking. How may I help you?" and then turns deadly serious when he hears the word "Mummy".
Best Doctor. Without his hard work on that first series we'd never be where we are now. For what he put himself through, we should be eternally greatful. He really was ... fantastic.
“Nice to meet you Rose! Run for your life!!” First episode I saw, that was the moment I knew he was such a great character. Sad Eccleston didn’t get but one season, but for the amount of time he played the Doctor… he was fantastic!
@@EditedAF987Most of their episodes are missing, so it's kind of hard to say for certain, although going by what we do have, yeah I'd agree that they're in close competition.
It’s odd to watch him, now knowing he was the very NEXT regeneration after the war doctor. This man must be dealing with all kinds of inner turmoil over the belief he ended his entire species. Like damn the context just reaffirms him as my fav
I think it's better if the occasional line of dialogue refers to an adventure we never get to see. It's important to maintain the Doctor's sense of mystery.
Cheerful doctor coming up on stage "Excuse me excuse me, can I have everybody's attention just for a moment? I'll be very quick, Hello. Ehm, this might sound like a stupid question but has anything fallen from the sky recently?" stage is during blitzkrieg.
First ‘five times’: his thumb was concealed by the camera angle Second ‘five times’: he was POINTING Loved the connections between nine and ten though!
At 5:21 it sounds like the doctor says”ahh, the appearance of the repeated meme”. Also the doctor is a literal god because he can literally teleport and appear out of no where
He looked at the Eye of London four times before he saw what Rose saw. Fantastic. Then when that Dr. Constantine's face transformed into a gas mask . . . terrifying.
i really wish he had kept the cat from the start of The Empty Child, it would've been a fantastic companion. It could even have been turned into a gasmask zombie and then the stakes go up exponentially.
@@theamericanyoutuber … Allow me to translate? The TARDIS regenerates itself, ending up with features that it may not have had before. The Doctor’d had no reason to use the phone up to that point, but the TARDIS, being basically a being of time itself, conformed to the Doctor’s needs either in the moment or by looking to the future upon it’s regeneration.
He's the best of the New Who Doctors. Matt Smith is my favourite but his overall era wasn't as good. Chris Ecclestone's era was as close to perfection as New Who ever got.
Ah yes, who could forget the hilarious moment when that doctor was forcibly deformed against his will, choking and dying as his face turned into a gas mask? And that eviction scene, an absolute riot!
i think for the gas mask one, it was to show the reference when 10 asked the general “are you my mummy?”! and as for the eviction scene i think the funny part was supposed to be *after* when he was being snarky about it and all/g
You missed.. From Unquiet Dead.. "Now don't antagonise her.. I love a happy medium" And where the Doctor tries to speak to Margaret and we hear the tea cup smash
1. Wormhole can take you to past and future. 2. Government name Boris Johnson. 3. Government address 10 downing Street London. 4. Write a letter to government saying there should be time travel police. When time machines are invented.
