After purchasing over 30 performance cars in last 20 years without issues, I recently bought a turboed 9th Gen Civic Si from a local “reputable” dealer in San Antonio, and it has been a maintenance and fix nightmare! Needless to say, a lower mileage JDM is being swapped into it today, due to the old one blowing up.
If you aren’t mechanically inclined and can’t work on your on car you shouldnt be heavily modifying it such as boosting it, it takes a lot of time, knowledge and attention to maintain them otherwise you are gonna be at a shop everyday
@lorilightfoot6447 yes, we actually we discussing this a couple of weeks ago here. A tech informed me how much he loved those videos so we have a few new ideas I think you'll like.
