What an incredible two part series. As a public land and permission hunter I often envy the guys that have a couple hundred of acres of incredible whitetail habitat but it just goes to show, whitetail hunting can have ups and downs no matter where or how you hunt and theres no easy way out. It's all about time, effort, and some luck. I really appreciated how humble Lee was and hearing Josh say there's no one more deserving speaks volumes. Congratulations to everyone involved, it was a heck of a story!

Not sure on how true this is and was once said to me years ago, if you ever notice when you shoot a big mature buck in the middle or later portion of the rut, they go down quick. They are so exhausted from chasing and breeding, hit em with a broad head and they go down. Ever since I was told that, sure as heck it has been spot on. Great work fellas. Proud of y'all.
