This popped up on my video feed. Much applause to Ms. Hall to showcase Mr. Randle. He is a reminder to us all that it is a mindset (which requires daily tweaking) regardless of age to be fit in mind, body and spirit. Additionally, he has style and a taste for nice things. The watch appears to be Gold Rolex Submariner/GMT-II Master. The gold oyster bracelet gives it away.

Start with two or three every few hours, the problem is we want to be good without practicing. Be like a child of god and see no one but god and continue to practice, you did great. Keep on pushing, I'm with you... and I am practicing squats, it hard when you don't do it everyday. 😇

i’m 58 and My daughter just passed this year and she would of turned 39. My oldest of 4 grandchildren is 19. people say I look like I’m in my 30s. My mom is 79 and my father is 97. It has a lot to do with genetics as well
