Perhaps. As a non-vet, I have raised three budgie babies from five to eight days of age. They are currently 2 years and 8 months old. However, caring for a newborn chick is nearly impossible. All of these cases have failed me.
Fake!
How did the man know how to look after the bird? What a strange coincidence that it landed on his window ledge! It’s a budgie ! It didn’t fall out of the nest, he breeds budgies.
@@samanthanickson6478 in the beginning yes, but it was plain to see he was skilled at looking after birds and breeding them. They were budgies, and it was a little budgie, not that we could know that until it grew feathers. It is not usual for budgies to nest outside on rooftops, except in Australia however in Australia the citizens don’t breed budgies and keep them in their homes, they fly free around like sparrows in the UK. That’s the clues: 1 that if it’s Australia the man could save a young budgie but would not keep other budgies in cages. 2. It’s not a hot country where budgies fly free out of doors, it’s likely in Europe where budgies are kept indoors in a cage, therefore, he wouldn’t find a baby budgie out on his window ledge.
This is an Australian Budgerigar, or budgie for short. I had one when I was a little girl, some sixty-three years ago. I still feel delighted whenever I see a budgie as we had such lovely (6) years together! Jimmy was my pride and joy. Oh how I’d love to have another just like him.Maybe when we stop travelling about. ❤🦜
What a wonderfull rescue story. A intense love between two species - a man and his tiny bird! My dear lovely comrade: I wish you a long & lucky birdlive together with you beloved human. God bless you both! 🙂
My wife's cousin lives in Australia and he goes out into the Bush and catches Budgies, Parrots and Cockatiels for a living and sells them to the pet trade.
Bendiciones.
I've seen this guy whose saved birds before; so obviously the episode was taken from another RU-vidr..Also, I used to live in these apartments in Oklahoma where baby birds would almost always fall out of the nests, so, it's not that uncommon; the property was surrounded by birds..🙏🏽💔
She's a very lucky little bird because, sadly, she didn't fall out of the nest, she was ill when he found her which means the mother bird ejected her. That's nature's way I'm afraid.
I saved a baby sparrow. It looked like that. A cat got the nest. It was so small it's eyes were still closed. I hung in there. He got his feathers I took him to an animal rescue, and they said that he will be put with other sparrows so he could learn to flock together with his own kind. 💖🙏
I call ‘bullshit’. This is a budgie native to Queensland (Australia) and that isn’t Australia. I’m thinking this is domestic caged bird and the whole video is a setup, which seems to be the new norm.
yea cos baby budgies are always nesting on houses and dropping on to window ledges, oh wait it was one of his budgies baby, hence he had everything all ready to go when he found it lol Poor thing, I hope he doesnt put any more out there in the future, for views. Listen to me, budgies do not Oh just take my word for it ok, I am right but cannot be bothered to explain more actually lol
