I just wanna thank you real quick for editing out the intro from the rest of the video. It was a bit annoying when the last 5-7 minutes of the video was the same clip as the intro 😂
I wish it'd be one way or the other though haha. I always skip the intros so I don't have to rewatch part of the video but occasionally they're edited out so I have to go back and watch them.
He is a (mid) coach but he just has to admit he never hit Radiant. I actually feel bad for this guy because he is gonna lose a lot of viewers for sure...
@@brk029 I wouldn't say he's a "mid" coach, for lower ranked players he basically teaches everything they need to fix to hit at least ascendant. Regardless if he's never hit radiant, he does understand the game the right way.
Hooj you did sooo much for this community noone even comes close. It's probably hard to see from your perspective, but I have seen how coaching changed as your channel grew.

Depends. That’s called close peeking and it’s good if people expect a wide swing. But I think to stop moving is a bit troll unless you crouch. Crouch-peeking is very effective because it throws off the enemy crosshair placement. It also throws off yours so make sure to aim at head height before you crouch.
@@AG-mb5cq throughout my grind to imm i've noticed just how shit the rank system really reflects actual skill and seeing people acting like rank is such a good indication of skill makes me cringe, whether Woohoojin hit radiant or not doesn't change the fact he's one of the best coaches this game has to offer, especially that radiant is just braindead grind

@@zmjjkk1 I do agree with a top radiant, but I've seen not top radiants shit the bed in mid imm lobbies, we aren't speaking about top radiants, we are just speaking about radiant, and the skill gap from imm 3 to radiant is basically nothing but grind. I've played with some friends who hit radiant, they really aren't as good as you think they are compared to an avg imm player, they just played a lot, and they said it themselves. Woohoojin literally coached radiants to hit higher ranking in radiant and has coached people into radiant, I can't blame him for not wanting to play this shit game and just milking it while delivering what he promises. He helps people rank up better than majority of coaches, he gets paid, as simple as that.

Its not just about him being boosted 2-3 years ago, its about him currently being fraudulent about hitting Radiant. You literally cannot watch an entire stream without him talking about how his "radiant mind" would have done this or that. A month ago he put a Radiant badge next to his name in a thumbnail, this isn't just a mistake he made in the past, he knows the impact being a top rank in the game has on people coming to his stream.
id say you need to kinda play for picks and play off smokes and shit, get people off one by one, like play slow and take ur time with each battle. Try to sometimes bait the enemies, if they arent holding where youd peek with an odin 90% of times u have an advantage

@@sgc1505 A while ago, he'd auction private coaching which would be around 210 hours a month, maybe more, for students diamond 1+. Also, most of the time it was a lot less.
They’re talking about the two months he offered private coaching via auction in the beginning of his career lol Then they’re inflating it as if it was a standard metric.
I reached plat 1 83 rr from s1 50 rr in one act by playing 90 percent of the time yoru, because of Radiant coach Woohojin videos on youtube. My alt is now plat 1 and my main account is s3 😂😂 Even my friends are in a shock rn.

Guys, even if Woohoojin is boosted, don't you think his students are improving fast enough? There is a reason he a coach and not a semi-pro. Woohoojin is a smart manager/analyst/stats guy/coach and his rank is not really a demonstration for you. Instead he is good at comparing and studying. As a fellow ascendant myself, I did help some of my friends to get to Immortal with VOD reviews and aimlab training. Please don't send hate to Woohoojin! I think his impact on community is so healthy and genuine that he deserves some level of forgiveness for his past
His tier 3 subs are looking at him he is like a ''God" or something. While mutiple people call him for his flaws but they getting banned for no reason at all. I'm gonna admit i got better at Valorant because of Woohoojin but he defo needs accept and admit he can't coach everyone if you never hit Radiant before as he said mutiple times during his streams... If he accepts feedback people wont hate on him but he just can't accept the fact that he (probably) cant hit radiant right now and thats accepteble from POV. If he is a man like he says he just has to apolegizie publicly on his RU-vid.

The only issue is that he lied. I don't know what to believe anymore because I do want to believe he as a radiant alt that he can't prove is his because no VODS but until he hits radiant publicly it's hard for me to give him the benefit of the doubt. I think his best course of action to prove his name is to hit radiant on raze, then immediately hit radiant on his controller role EASILY to prove his skill (of course this means less time for other stuff but oh well if you don't have documented proof then at least prove it via display of skill right)

@@sorvete365 If you've missed discussions in the past few days, a Reddit post went out where it was shown he got his account boosted to radiant, and Woohoojin acknowledged it in his Discord and said it was true
He’s got plenty of games in last act where he played really well solo in high immortal. Check out his Woohoojin VODs channel and you can see his solo queue ranked games. Maybe this will clear up the confusion!

Hi WHJ. I think a lot of the hate is deserved but at the same time I've seen some good recommendations on Reddit to rebuild some trust. In some of your older videos it might help if you pin a comment saying you were not Radiant at the time and pin it. The videos can still be helpful but you don't have to go out of your way to delete a bunch of comments (if you are) regarding boosting.

I know it’s a preference thing and that people sometimes can’t get hardware that allows for decent microphone quality (and noise gating) but like god heck damb it bro the keyboard clacks in this video are so ANNOYING 😭 Like I know my own setup has a lot of fan whirring in the background of my mic, which I’ve tried to the best of my ability to mitigate in my recordings because it is annoying to listen to. I think it should be at least a suggestion for a rule to be made that mic quality should at least try to remove background noise, fan whirring, and keyboard/mouse clicks. It’s annoying content to sit through when I’m trying to take in my daily potassium.
