And to mine as I remembered all the precious time I spent with my grandmother. I lost her on mother's day in 2000 and she is still with me in some capacity every day! For instance today, I was actually a little sassy with her .... asking Why Mamaw, why didn't we write down your recipe for sweet potato salad??? That's sweet as in taste, not actual sweet potatoes. I know she made homemade Mayonnaise and I'm positive that's where the sugar or sweetness must have come in but I just can't figure it out! Most of the time, it's more of a quick moment like "Mamaw would have loved that!" or "I used to do that with Mamaw." Such small things become such core memories. (Now if I could only recall how she made that goshdern potato salad! I probably watched/helped her make it 1,000 times!!! 😊) Bottomline - enjoy every single second with all of your family .... cuz no matter how many seconds we're given, it's never enough! ❤❤❤

Make sure the baking soda is 100% pure and it doesn't have aluminum in it. Arm and Hammer is a good brand. You can do a half teaspoon if you have to.I would do that before doing the tums, which I believe have aluminum.

Also caffeine causes so much heart burn when pregnant
