Since the levels are grouped by ability, is this a rush build? Builds I've created pay attention to what Mozu needs earlier in the game of clash.

It can be used for clash & for rush! This build is focused on giving Mozu enough utility to contribute to a fight outside of high damage, which she will have with her main ability regardless! Good for rush because you can vortex enemies off of captures, and vortex also works great in clash becoming self peel for when you get jumped on by a tripp or Ramsey. The suck and daze is phenomenal, and with that being our utility it lets us focus on the higher damage options with the laser, auto & ult! :) Assuming you're team is playing like a team and you can fulfill your role as DPS, you will go above and beyond in team fights specifically!
