@@davefromberlin2274 he wrote under another vid that he just uses the Chinese version of his name, but he was born in Russia so ... I really don`t know. :D he is a Berliner, that's for sure!
Two weekends ago I was together with my husband in Berlin. And guess what have we done? We took a food tour to all of those places. It was bloody delicious. Thanks, mate.
Oh wow!! Im jealous..... I was there last summer. We enjoyed the food, but i did not see this video. If i had, i would have visited at least one of those places.....
,,Alter" --> ,,Fabulous work, pal" Übersetzung on point würde ich mal behaupten😂 Weiter so mit deinem Humor und deinen Videos, gefallen mir echt gut :)
Hey Andong!
My family came to East Germany from Vietnam in the 70's. Thank you for including our cuisine. Normally many people completely skip out on the Vietnamese culture in Berlin.
Wieder mal Top Video Andong!
The 1. place has also good Kumpir (creme and vegetable stuffed potato) Damn you missed Domke in Friedrichshain with the best (East) German cuisine Think you should do a special on (East) German cuisine like with Kettwurst, Tote Oma, Senfeier or Wurstgulasch. A 30th reunion special on 3rd of October
Was there in 2017. Had some of the most amazing shawarma on a street corner and French food in an intimate beautiful restaurant near Berlin City Center. I plan to go back to explore more based on your video. Thanks.
Hey Andong, I really enjoy watching your videos! Although I only discovered your channel through Vanessa, I still think you´re one of the most high quality (esp.food) channels of Germany and can compete with others like Tasty. I hope that you´ll get more subscribers in the future since you deserve them!
When I was stationed in Berlin, in the 70s-80s we had an imbiss stand right outside the back gate of McNair Barracks. Right by the motor pool, it was run by a retired GI, he had been fortunate to marry a beautiful Berliner woman. Aren't they all. Great Curry and brochen, a hard little roll that was so good. After a late night on the Kudamm, a half a hachen and a couple of brochen was just the thing to help out your hunger. Thanks for the great video, from an old vet from America.
@@yoko-kun wow some stuff people complain and cry about is just insane, he did a great video do you really have to complain about shit like that? crunch sounds? You freaking serious?
@@nysakeez There's actually a disorder called misophonia with gives people a fight or flight reflex when they hear certain sounds and crunchy eating sounds is a common trigger. Also the only one upset here seems to be you so calm down, they just gave productive feedback. :D
Really enjoyed this one Andong! Always awesome to see Germany's culinary presence because it's often overlooked in favor of more exotic and interesting flavors. Thanks for showing what Berlin has to offer! Keep up the great work!
Andong! Remember meeting my daughter Katie?...anyway, she's a Pho aficionado in our part of the DC area (Montgomery County/College Park MD). After she graduates college next year, we're thinking of going to Europe. We'll have to check out Berlin! Watching this makes me hungry! 💜😋
Ich bin win Berliner ( not only Kennedy) but if I go back home to visit my Berlin ,I am gonna look that up.Awsome Video. Berlin Berlin wie haste dir veraendert
Pho kme, that food looks great! Looked like some super high quality, thin shaved beef in your soup bowl, although the noodles were a bit thicker than I prefer in my pho. I once made a regular pho stock, and then used it as a base to make pho consomme to get twice the flavor into the soup. I highly recommend trying that method if you ever have a chance (and an entire day or two to kill).
I love your videos because youre showing not only delicious foods but also some bits of Berlin as well. After my short visit to there i was in love with the city and your videos are basically my two fave in one.
Wedding! 😂
Awesome vid! I go back and forth between München and Berlin and I also have my favorite spots. thanks for the great tips! I read once that Currywurst was introduced by the Brits to cover the questionable content and taste of Wurst after the war - and it became a mainstay in their areas.
Man I came from Sp4zie, as he showed how amazing you're cooking. I moved about half a year ago to Berlin, and still a lot to explore. I'll definitely try out all the places you've shared here! Also I really love your vids, keep doing them man! You're the best! Cheers from my wife as well!
Some of my favorite restaurants in Berlin are: baraka, transit, bejte - Ethiopia, angry chicken, kochu karu and mix.it I can highly recommend all of these places

Andong, you really have some high quality content and I also like your character :D I live in Vienna and you must know about our Wiener Schnitzel, soo, maybe you could take a close look on this classic recipe and show us your own version? Liebe Grüße
