How is that not luck? In a RU-vid video, he mentioned that he didn't expect it to become so popular and didn't realize that he would get paid for it. Don't tell me that wasn't just luck and that he had specifically targeted the right audience.

the problem is that most don't have the knowledge needed to succeed in a challenging market. Only highly qualified professionals who had to experience the 2008 financial crisis could hope to earn a high in these challenging conditions.

Ken you legend you vertically intergrate your company. The property John D Rockefeller. You have enough units you might aswell start a home insurance company solely for the unit. Extra few hundred thousands a year. You legend

Delegation has been my challenge in business’s I agree once you get going on one income stream. It does open up to others before you know it you have things humming along, I admire your stamina and perseverance. I often am conflicted with a more simpler life. Yet work always is more compelling. One day I will consume more now I produce , production and serving customers is most satisfying.

In another video he states $750 million in debt. Supposedly own $2b in real estate with a business partner. A 2023 article estimated his net worth at $20 million. While I think that’s way low I don’t think it’s anywhere close to $1 billion net.

Nice job on getting all this set up, that is a ton of work. Do you worry this is a house of cards to a degree? If RE doesn’t perform or has a lost, then management is costing you money to manage a non-preforming asset. Then asset management company costing money to manage your property management company that is losing money. Same with dev side if the deal at the bottom doesn’t perform then all the entities tied to it are just loss leaders. Not sure this is really that many streams of income. Income properties/property management/assent management = 1 stream, dev/construction/asset management = 2nd stream.

Step 1) Buy up critical resources and rent them out at a steep markup, creating scarcity and securing a captive audience of customers that you can milk for wealth like cows on a dairy farm. Step 2) Film RU-vid videos from your private jet about how much value you've created by hiring people to do all of the work while you pocket the fruits of their labor.

following you for some time now, seems to me you spread your self all over the place and not creating specifically domain, which leads me to believe you are a self made fake guru then a really successful business or investing man. in your place I invest in making my business work, and less making administration and investing school. If you are the real deal send me the numbers from your CPA, I want to see you actually creating profit apart then marketing your consultant services which seems to be the only real source of your profit. I am a millionaire , I am the real deal. I create money, not telling to much How I do it. like a real millionaire does. and I do not film my self in a private jet proclaim it is mine because real millionaires do not waste money on a private jet, that otherwise can make us capital profits. Instead of getting a property management company to help him, he started his own. He then started companies to develop land instead of just buying something already available. He then picked the brains of others when he decided to branch out and diversify his investing

I disagree. He stated that it only takes him 90 to 120 minutes a Week every Tuesday to manage all this, so he basically has all the rest of the time and resources left to do things for the soul, family, health or whatever other thing you could think of. I bet that you spend more tan 120 minutes a week to generate an income for a living, so, is that an idol for you?...

lol 😂 first he really enjoys what he does, second, like he said he hire people to manage it. thats right, CEO GM.. he possibly just have board meeting once a month. and he do whatever he wants . and third, i bet he could have retire years ago. most people retires at 2,3mil already. they wont live a luxury life, but 2mil, can live comfortably, while the investment is still growing. if you dont understand, keep learning ;-)
