This is Albert's birthday cake! It is a 4 layer filled 8 inch round cake iced with white buttercream. The balloon decorations are also made using buttercream icing. I used #10 border tips to form the colored balloons, a # 21 tip to create the top and bottom borders. I also used small parchment pastry bags to make the strings, balloon light reflections, and writing.
