A bit of hook preparation for the canal 

A little bit of preparation for fishing the canal.
Tying plenty of hooks should be an important part of your preparation.
Yes you can tie them on the bank but that takes time. And trying to tie small hooks like 22’s and 24’s on the bank is not easy.
We spend more time off the bank than on so why use precious bank time tying hooks when you can do that at home.
For my canal fishing I’m using Hayabusa 128 and 194 patterns for pinkie maggot and bread
And 157 pattern for worm.
