Hey your 6 weeks plan is awesome my feet is getting better day by day I just wanted to ask I have pain at every point on my body(literally) so if I follow the strong shoulder on alternate days will it effect my foot progress(it's painfull when I stop moving the upper body so it atleast need some movement on daily basis) my head pain disappears after the shoulder routine and knee pain disappears after the foot routine 🙏🙏 thankyou very much

Hii I noticed that when i run my shin hurts i thought it might be bcs of my shoes so i got myseld asics runing shoes and i went for a run and my shin still hurted after some time of running I never runed beffore im new to this and im wondering is this something normal for new runners and it will be better if i run more and more When pain was unberable i stoped and started walking slowly even rubed shin to release tension on muscle bcs muscle is so tight that i feel it can pop any time and when it got better i went for a small run again,i repeated that proces couple times until i decided its enough running for today,when i got home ,stretched and relaxed for like 20ish min it was all fine no pain and no more tension on shin muscles Also my ass is hella big for a man bcs if my genetics and heavy squats at gym i did and my calves are also big bcs of same reasons I weight around 75kg maybe more maybe less i dont have place to mesure my weight And im like 167-168cm tall i might growed a bit who knows But im not fat im like bulky i still have shape from gym but i got fat bcs of my work sadly
