A boot camp for wardens?  

Being a warden can be stressful and isolating. Prison Fellowship Warden Exchange may not be a boot camp, but it’s a much-needed opportunity to workshop, grow, and learn from other wardens worldwide. Prison Group Director of London Prisons Ian Vickers says that thanks to Warden Exchange, “Just talking to other people about how they cope with their stresses and pressures has enabled me to think better about my own leadership style. … I would really encourage you to take part in the program.”
