We definitely need a Summoning Salt for this one. FNaF 2 went from being the most annoying and RNG dealer from all franchise to being the most broken in terms of strategy involving. It is insane how over the years strategies have been evolving and been more creatives to avoid every single animatronic. Also, you should do more commentary videos, since you actually nailed it on this one! :D
Even though this strategy seems easier to me, I still prefer your strategy😅. I think it's safer. I made a video using your strategy, but the video is in Portuguese because I am Brazilian🤷♂.
1:24 -1:46 : Start of night set-up 2:07 : Cycle + camera drop flash trick 3:27 : T-Bonnie + Blackout 4:53 : T- Bonnie 5:14 : No Characters 5:28 : Vent Boys (minus T-bonnie) These are just notes for myself to refer back to, just ignore this (Unless you also find them useful ig lol).
Amazing job brayden, kinda got surprised when i saw this new style, it's nice to see you do these type of stuff (and now too since you're gonna start to talk about the technical side of FNaF) i personally think it fits to you, in fact, you, Shooter and Kam are the ideal persons for these since y'all know too much from the original games, wish you the best of luck :)
I've always been afraid to hold the flashlight button when closing the camera, precisely because of Golden Freddy. So, technically, I won't get a jumpscare if I do it in 9.5 seconds? Of course, if I respect the timing.
as long as you dont go over the 5 second interval while you are in the cams then golden freddy cannot spawn, if you are doing the strategy correctly and following the timings right then golden freddy will never kill you
wow I actually managed to beat 10/20 for the first time by using this strategy at first with all the intervals I was confused and I couldn't even get past one minute but now I beat it after 3-4 hours of trying
Thanks a lot for this strat,10/20 was really a hell, but in just 1 day i managed to adapt into this strategy and beat this, thanks for this strategy, really simple to learn and didn't took me that much time to get used with the intervals.
great video and strategy! having only played fnaf 1, I was dreading 10/20 mode, but with this strategy I beat it after a couple of days :) the strat seemed like a lot at first, but there's really not that many cases to memorize and once you're in the main loop you just have to be ready to react accordingly. If you know what to do, it's just a matter of skill/muscle memory. As demostrated in the video by the winrate of the bots, if you do it perfectly it's very consistent. However, even if I knew what to do, I found myself letting go of the music box slightly earlier cause I couldn't trust my precision and reaction time. This small difference wasn't noticeable at first, but it would add up with each cycle and sometimes I would barely avoid a red warning running out even if Toy Bonnie hadn't attacked in a while, so eventually the puppet would kill me (if I didn't make another mistake first). With time I got better and the lost time would add up slower, but I'm still nowhere near perfect. To "patch" my imperfect timing, sometimes when I felt like I didn't have enough wiggle room to handle the next Toy Bonnie attack, I would skip stalling the right vent and immediately start winding the music box until the next 4.5/9.5 (the same as if Toy Bonnie DID attack). Obviously this risks Toy Bonnie actually attacking you, so I tried not relying on it too much. I know the whole point of modern strats are removing the Toy Bonnie RNG, but still :) this strat + a little gambling worked for me.
I never thought of flashing foxy through the blackouts. If I were to combine Shooter25's strat and this, would that make me less likely to die to Foxy? I've tried to get back to grinding 10/20 (beat it twice) but he's just my ultimate nemesis. I'll also give this strat a try though!
just doing this makes it impossible to die to foxy unless you stay in the camera over the 5 second interval or if you just forget to flash for some reason, and you wouldnt be able to combine this with shooters strat because you would die to golden freddy
Bro just went and publicly executed all the “FNAF 2 is just RNG” claims like it was just an average Tuesday morning EDIT: AND AS SOON AS THE FIRST FRAME OF FOXY’S JUMPSCARE CAME OUT, YOU HIT 6 AM I swear that part was just for style points
wowie zowie edit: i watched the video and there's too many number my brain not work anymore but jokes aside its a very usefull guide for anyone who still hasn't beaten it yet! good job!
I got a question about one of the exceptions if there’s not a Blackout. If there’s not a blackout, I get rid of a non TB-vent animatronic, but then TB is in the vent afterwards, what do I do? This has already happened twice to me and I panic and end up dying. My current PB is 4:10
Hey i know that im a bit late, but could you help? Im 95% sure im doing everything right, but most of the time after the first blackout at 29.5 seconds, toy bonnie is in the vent and i get thrown out of cycle. Is there something im doing wrong or is it just being a bit goofy edit: beat it after a 6:56 fail
@@8brayden8 i meand like: There are cheese strats to FNaF 3 making maxmode consistent. But of course, FNaF 3 as GAME isnt fully solved, sorry. But we are getting there. Not sure how far from solving FNaF 4 is and no idea about FFPS and UCN...
@@foguitopo fnaf 4 kind of is with the Aeez strat for BM/MF/IF and the 4/20 strat by Brayden. They are not quite as broken strat wise as FGP I would say
Sounds hard to start out, but its also brayden so its gonna be strong asf Edit: finally decided to try it, wasnt that bad and did it first try, fun to do
Update to my comment from 4 days ago: Finally managed to complete 10/20 with this strat, it was a real game-changer, although I was getting way too paranoid with the X4/X9 timings for putting the cameras down 😅
How do we know this is better than Shooter’s strat though? I mean I’ll prolly try this out loads and realise why, but is this strat necessarily more consistent? Maybe try building a bot that plays Shooter’s strat? Idk I’m just being nitpicky 100 wins in a row is insane.
It is just objectively better than shooters strat because it lets you wind way more than shooter strat, but also you don’t hav to deal with bb mangle and toy chica as much with it. Also shooter said it was better than his strat so yeah
@@8brayden8 Yeah that’s what I thought. It’s crazy to see you winding for like 5 seconds straight no worries. I trust the professionals but give me some time to play with this strat and I’ll come to the same conclusion :3
Also I think it would by possible to beat real toxic meter with this strategy. It would take a lot of Toy Bonnie stalling abusing, but might be possible with not that much RNG reliant
I will attempt it now. I already have a lot of experience with the strat. In your challenge mod, what is the amount of time between clicking ready and the office loading? I want as close as an accurate time starting as possible
I've been grinding 10/20 for the last 3 days (first time ever), I hope I'll be good enough for this strat to work... (My current pb is ± 2:50 with Shooter's timer strat)
OMG THIS GAME IS SO RNG BASED THEY SHOULD CALL THIS MODE TOY BONNIE MODE FR I FLASH THE HALLWAY 45 TIMES AND FOXY STILL KILLS ME YOU ARE MORE LIKELY TO WIN THE LOTTERY 5 TIMES IN A ROW THAN BEAT 10/20 MODE!!!1!1!!11!!!!!!1!!
This strat is really good but it seems to be too precise for my handling😅 I will probably use the Toybonnie light stalling though when I can, and I play on console too which is a difficulty bonus
i actually thought, winding the music box a bit longer is a good strategy, i always used to do around 7-8 wind ups and got pretty far at night doing that. Anyway guess i have to keep trying till i get it eventually
I have already gotten quite a few wins in the past 30 minutes with this strat. It makes this much more consistent. Not completely consistent like minus 7 but much much easier to pull off. I think really the toughest part is some luck with Toy Bonnie and getting out of the cameras as close to the 4.5 or 9.5 as possible. Other than that, this is definitely the best strat that is not extremely difficult to pull off
