Did you ever have a traction rebound?

Hi Eliana! I experienced traction rebounds when my flares were at their worst, and before I wore a hard cervical collar. When I started wearing my collar directly following traction my rebounds were less severe and infrequent. Also, the people who gave me traction became better with time as we fine-tuned what was helpful for me. This additionally alleviated rebounds.

@@elianauku I had three primary physical therapists. The first one I was referred to by my doctor at the center for complex diseases. Two of her focuses were in visceral manipulation and craniosacral therapy. My second physical therapist focused mainly on craniosacral therapy during my time with her. My last PT and the one I saw the most, I am not sure what his specialty was. Overall, a lot of physical therapy was trial and error. It was a lot of us learning together.
