The next installment of the Train Vicar continues the series on the history of passenger rail in New Zealand, this time looking at the increase in services in the 1990s in New Zealand and Auckland. I then consider the privatisation of New Zealand Rail and the performance of Tranz Rail and Tranz Scenic.
