My deepest sympathy. Frank was a gem who helped me (with no talent) learn to paint and sparked a new passion in this old lonely soul. I will miss him as my tears freely fall. Thank you Frank.💜
I am sorry to see that Frank has left us. I have enjoyed watching his videos he made watercolor painting look so simple and easy and so fun to listen to! He will be missed! ❤😂
Thank you Frank for being part of my 'senior life's journey'. With your guidance I started watercolor painting at 70 years old. I could feel your kindness and love of the arts. Great human being. Thank you family for sharing Frank with us on RU-vid. May time heal your hearts and souls. Keep happy memories in your hearts forever. Hugs
Sad news, I didn't know we had lost such a nice, friendly and talented man. He showed us places around the world and his beloved Ireland. The videos let us see not only the sights, landscapes but the people as well. His paintings brought those memories to life for us all Rest easy Frank, you guided us and we will be forever grateful.
Thank you for this. Frank always said there was no gift involved in painting. He was wrong. He was the gift. He forever changed the way I paint. I had always hoped that some day I would get to meet him and thank him in person. I hope I still will. Someday. My condolences to all of Frank's family and friends. ❤
I found Frank on PBS one morning and I could not stop watching him paint. His banter, easy demeanor, and fun attitude was so refreshing to see. I watched him all the time, followed his videos, and ordered his brushes. I miss watching him paint. I am so sorry for your loss, and I know so many of us will keep his memory alive by watching his shows. Prayers to the family and Frank's friends.
Those who are his family are blessed. Those who were his students are privileged and those like me who just came across his channel today have missed out but thank you so much for having his videos available to us.
OH NO 😢. I thought this was going to be something so different and I was waiting to hear Frank’s happy voice and then the song and I saw the comments. I am so heartbroken to hear of his passing. Never once was there a show or a demonstration that I did not learn from or thoroughly enjoy-both the painting and himself! A fine person, it always seemed to me and loved his simplicity, help, sense of fun and Irish witticisms. He helped me. Please know that, to his dear family! -It has helped since I lost my daughter to cancer fairly recently-she was an artist-liked his ways and his work! Jenna Rose's Mother, Terri

I never met him. But he taught me. What the heck he taught the world to be unafraid of the white paper. I adore him. He really for 1year changed life. Enjoyed his sarcasm ( mild), twinkling eyes and of course the infective joy. I carry his image in my mind. I will miss the chance of meeting him physically but he will be there when painting. RIP.
My sympathy to all of you. Thank you for this montage. I was late to the table for his teachings, however, his lessons will always be with me. Blessed be to you all. (Eugene, Oregon; USA)

Condolances to Family and friends, i watched Franks videos he had such an eloquent way of teaching that made you feel he was talking to you and guiding you through the work he produced. A beautiful soul now making art in the heavens above,. Rest in Peace Frank your art will always live on.
I just learned about Frank's passing and I am deeply saddened. I spoke to him on the phone about a year ago when he called me after I made a complaint about his shedding paintbrush and acrylic paint that I had purchased. I live in California, so you can imagine my shock and sense of excitement when he told me who he was when I answered the phone. I kept thinking "I know this voice" when he proceeded to ask to speak to me etc, but of course NEVER in my wildest dreams could I think it was Frank!! In fact I was soooo happy that I did answer the phone as I could well have ignored it being that I didn't recognize the number. Speaking to Frank about my grievances made me feel terrible in those moments! As I told him, I never expected to even get an answer about my complaint at the time of sending. Frank said not to worry and that he would send me over another set of paints and brushes and in sure true man of his word fashion, I received the lovely box a couple of weeks later, which I shall now treasure forever. I loved this man from the first time I discovered him a couple of years ago on RU-vid and many the laugh I had at his stories as I'm sure countless others have. Loved his endless variety of sweaters and shirts. He was a true character with a very special zest for life. What a guy! What a beautiful human. May his soul now be resting in much peace along with his lovely Peggy. RIP.
My condolences to you all. Frank made painting so enjoyable. I will always treasure his whitt and his bits of random information. My thoughts and prayers are with you from Canada 🇨🇦 🙏 ❤️
So sad to have only just learned of this. My condolences to Frank's family. I would like to think there are countless, wonderful vistas where Frank now is, to pick up his brushes, turn his talented hand to, and paint. I can tell he will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. RIP Frank.
My deepest sympathy to all of Frank’s loved ones. Frank was such a sweet soul and I will miss him. He was the first uTube instructor on uTube I ever watched. So kind and inspiring and helpful with building confidence. RIP Frank Clark.
