The Western Tatras delighted us again! Beautiful views, an empty trail in the Tatra Mountains, chamois and the specter of the Brocken - we got all this in the package that day! Polana Chochołowska was again the beginning of our trip. From the shelter we headed towards Trzydniowiański Wierch, there we ate breakfast and went to Kończysty and Jarząbczy Wierch. The weather was good and the views were amazing! Before the peak of Jarząbcze we met a herd of chamois, there we also lost the trail and entered an exposed area onto a wild path. You have to be careful because it is poorly marked in the rocks and invisible.
From the top we went down sharply towards Łopata. Between Łopata and Wołowiec the trail is a bit tricky again - it seems to go straight, but it gets lost again between numerous rocks. We retreated several times in search of markings and gentler descents. The approach to Wołowiec from this side is very damaged and small stones fall from under your feet, making your step unstable and requiring great concentration.
However, along the way and from the top of Wołowiec we can admire the sharp ridges of Roháče and beautiful Slovak valleys.
We reached the shelter following the same trail as the previous day.
