Why didn't he put gravy on anything? Jollibee gives loads of gravy for everything.. it's a Filipino staple! No wonder everything was dry.. pour some gravy on it!
Haha, true story: A foreigner guy and his Fil girl were behind me in a KFC line. Guy: Why do you guys love gravy so much, gravy here, gravy there. *Girl: It's soup!*
@@amandabass04 fr theres no flavour either, idk why the filipinos here take pics and go 🤤🤤🤤 like its sad because its actually so bland and filipino food is good, just not jolibee lol.
East Asians use chopsticks. The rest(South and S. E. Asians) use spoon or HANDS. Btw, there's no better way to eat rice and mutton curry than with hands.
It's weird to see a jolli items that is soo dry, every vlog around the world i see in jollibee all the items is actually a bet wet. Even the two pcs burger steak has suppose to have a lot of mushroom gravy
I thought he’s gonna compare the taste of Jollibee Phil from Jollibee UK. 😕 well, burger, spag, jolly hotdog, chickenjoy, pineapple juice, burgersteak & sundaes are the only ones we have here in the Philippines. We don’t have the rest of the items you’ve ordered, so I think it's quite understandable.
So basically don't bother with their burgers or anything with that beef burger patty. Spaghetti dish, loaded fries and stand alone fried chicken is the best. And Mango sundae 😎
Most of the time even before you take the first bite, your face clearly registers the 'i won't like this look'.. so it's not surprising you gave low rates. The spaghetti was the only thing you praised before you taste, because as you say your mom makes sweet spaghetti.. and i'm right you like it!😁
He is more of a Brit not a Filipino so he has gotten used to the Brit's taste. I am Filipino-American, but I try everything from different international foods since I live in NY and half of my childhood was spent in the Philippines. I am more open with my taste buds. It all comes to preference and the tastebuds you've gotten used to. The only thing I agree with him though is the burger steak. The burger steak tastes like a very cheap, last resort processed meal which is a disappointment.
After you eat indian, turkish, Caribbean, chinese, thai, greek etc etc unseasoned fried chicken just isnt that good lol not because he has a “brits taste”.
I agree but if you really have to complain about the dryness - they dip it into the gravy. They put it on everything - scratch that. Burgers, chicken, fries - gravy on it? Yes. Gravy on that Sundae, spaghetti and everything else? Only if you are dying of boredom.
Tried some from their flagship in Leicester sq. Kinda disappointed in the whole thing. The waiting time (30 mins queue) to the food was just average and cheap.
He doesn't impress me with his review. plus what kind of Jollibee do they serve in UK? haha i bet u the food he ate bought today review and ate the next day. by the looks of it... lol Buzzfeed UK - don't invite him again. he's worst.
Lol have u tried it in uk? Its disappointing and if you are from uk thats hilarious. You tried it before or after you contracted covid? Because the flavour is the same either way.
Hahaha you are focus on "looks"not a taste. The yum burger is, a dry how about taste? Add sauce and the chicken burger so much chicken overload Then you give a score tf
If I like more sauce daw I need to buy OMG after buying it for $39 bbili pa ako ng sauce . I went there again to buy combo palabok and chicken coz I'm craving for real palabok. Its a waste buying party tray.. Terrible 😆😄😏
Where is the sauce on the burger steak? What happened to that Jollihotdog? It seemed like that the person who delivered it went through a zombie apocalypse or something before it arrived there. And, the fvck. Your Filipino genes might have been completely dissipated cause you gave those food very low ratings. But, thanks for the honesty. :)
Chicken joy actually is to be dipped in gravy to heighten the taste.. i'm really surprised how the americans and others couldn't realize about it immediately..
@@aliveandwell3958 yeah, but when i was a kid and introduced to Mcdonalds here in the Philippines first before jollibee, i always really thought the gravy, which we dunk the fried chicken before gobbling was an 'American thing'.. that's why i was amazed to find out that americans usually are wondering what to do with the gravy in jollibee mukbang videos. I'm not surprised though if they don't know that the lemon sachet should be teared and squirted on the palabok, since it is an 'asian thing'!😊
@@pingyu5141 In the US, I think gravy is usually paired with mashed potatoes or poured over chicken fried steak. I've actually never seen anyone dipped fried chicken in gravy, but maybe it's a southern American thing. I would love to try it actually. 😋
@@aliveandwell3958 Yeah you should try dipping the chicken on the gravy to heighten the taste. Mashed potato tastes bland to me and is not really big in the Philippines, i really don't know it's supposed to be paired with gravy until i saw jollibee mukbangs by foreigners.😊
Worst is the Palabok 😁😆 less sauce I ask for more sauce standard na daw yon sabi ni cashier Lisa. I bought party tray for $39 for my birthday dinner. Super dry OMG don't try coz its only noodles.
@@oranjmusemeyer968 what you talking about buddy this is the UK channel. Which is made up of four nations. And they have five locations in England. One of the four nations of the UK. The United Kingdom.
Taste of home lols who are you kidding, it'll be more interesting if your mom is the one comparing the taste, watching this is super cringe. I hope on your next video buzzfeed get someone who grew up in the Philippines this guy seems clueless 😂..
