Hey Rick! If you look up the $4 shave on IAMCDB's channel, I sent him all those products that cost a total of $4 + tax. It was a complete shave with everthing!! That is actually a very good cost for those items! Love your channel!! I am still on the search, but there is a new rebranded Gillette 3 piece, plastic handle,, DE razor at Dollar Tree!! I haven't seen in the stores yet but Shaving with Fuzzy did a review on it! Can't wait to try it if it arrives in the stores by me! Thanks for the videos!!
@@bwmacho9461 yes carts seem to perform better when there is less hair growth. Which make them ideal for every day shaving. While I may get a good shave with one the next day my stubble has grown back with DE razors it's not till the second day my stubble is noticeable.
Nice shave, Rick. That lather is blinding in the beginning 😂. The question would be, how long would that one razor last before you would have to move to the next one. That was my main reason to moving to DE shaving. My hair is coarse so a cartridge would last me maybe a week before it got too tuggy. That adds up quick, buying a new four pack of Gillette carts every month. While two dollars is cheap, if it's a one and done, the price could add up. And really over the course of 6 months to year the cheapest Edwin Jagger and a 100 pack of blades may prove to be cheaper. But in a pinch, the carts have their place.
