Stephanie Lloyd's corner kitchen was dated and needed a refresh. Her cabinets were warped and the space lacked storage, so she reached out to Merit Kitchens to give the room a facelift. One of the first decisions was to push out the peninsula. This opened up the entrance to the kitchen, and allowed them to add another bank of cabinets. The kitchen was also redesigned to feature a special pull-out cabinet for Stephanie’s spices, a panel-ready dishwasher, and built-in dividers for cookie sheets and storage containers. Floating oak shelves and black accents echo the rest of the home’s design, but the shining feature of this kitchen are the cabinets - uppers in gorgeous Snow White and lowers in Parchment. A gleaming herringbone backsplash and new light fixtures brighten the whole space.
