Lots going on today at the Soo locks! The MacArthur lock was down and the Coast Guard needed to get through the lock to work on navigation bouys. They ended up jumping the order and snuck in the Poe lock as a footer left. While they were in the lock, they got the Macarthur lock going.. figures!
