A/C Repair - How to fix your Air Conditioner when the outside unit will not turn off. 

I am not a certified HVAC technician and this is to show you how I fixed my individual issue. This is a simple fix that most homeowners should be able to do. Very simple hand tools needed. 1/4 inch and 5/16 inch nut driver, flat head screw driver and a pair of needle nose pliers. The issue is where the outside unit of the Air Conditioner will not turn off and the inside Air Handler is so cold that the coils freeze with ice.
